Frigarui de somon si creveti

Ziua buna de dimineata se cunoaste! Asa ca la prima ora, aflandu-ma la cumparaturi, am fost inspirata de somon si creveti.

I-am cumparat, fara a avea clar in minte cum as putea sa ii pregatesc.

In final, am decis … sa fie frigarui roz … asortate cu legume colorate si sos delicios de usturoi si smantana.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:

(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)

Pentru frigarui:

  • 400 grame somon / 400 grams salmon
  • 300 grame creveti / 300 grams shrimps
  • 4 catei de usturoi / 4 garlic cloves
  • 4 linguri ulei de masline / 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lingurita oregano / 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Patrunjel / Parsley
  • Sare / Salt
  • Fulgi de chilli / Chilli flakes
  • Sucul de la o jumatate de lamaie / Juice fron half of the lemon

Pentru legume:

  • 1 porumb / 1 corn
  • 1 dovlecel / 1 zucchini
  • 1/2 ardei / 1/2 pepper
  • 100 grame fasole verde / 100 grams green bean
  • 3 buchete broccoli / 3 bunches of broccoli
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 25 grame unt / 25 grams butter
  • 3 catei de usturoi / 3 garlic cloves
  • Sare / Salt

Pentru sosul de usturoi:

  • 4 catei de usturoi / 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 linguri smantana / 4 tablespoon sour cream
  • Patrunjel / Parsley
  • Sare / Salt

Incepem prin a pregati frigaruile. Curatam somonul de solzi si il taiem cubulete. Curatam si crevetii si ii adaugam peste cubuletele de somon. Adaugam marinata formata din sare, chilli, oregano, usturoi zdrobit, ulei de masline, suc de lamaie, patrunjel taiat marunt. Lasam la frigider sa se marineze maxim o ora.

Taiem porumbul felii si il punem la fiert in aparatul de fiert la aburi, timp de 30 de minute. La expirarea timpului adaugam fasolea verde si broccoli si mai lasam 7 minute. Scoatem legumele intr-un castron cu apa rece si gheata.

Intre timp taiem dovleceii si ardeii in felii subtiri. Dovlecelul il presaram cu sare si il lasam la scurs timp de 15 minute.

Incingem uleiul intr-un wok si adaugam dovleceii stersi in prealabil cu un servet absorbant. Calim 1-2 minute si adaugam ardeii. Amestecam cu grija astfel incat sa nu strivim legumele. Continuam sa prajim inca 2-3 minute si adaugam legumele de la gheata scurse bine. Le sotam inca 5 minute si adaugam la sfarsit untul, sarea si usturoiul strivit.

Pentru frigarui, treceti somonul si crevetii pe bete si puneti-le intr-o tigaie incinsa. Se prajesc in tigaie 2 minute pe fiecare parte la foc mediu spre mic.

Pentru sosul de usturoi se amesteca usturoiul zdrobit cu restul ingredientelor.

Servim alaturi de un pahar de vin alb rece si cu multa pofta!

English version:

Start the day with a great morning! So in the first hour, while I was shopping, I was inspired by salmon and shrimps.

I bought them, without having in mind how I could cook them.

In the end, I have decided … pink skewers … assorted with colorful vegetables and delicious garlic and sour cream sauce.

Star by preparing the skewers. Peel the salmon and cut it into cubes. Clean the shrimps and add them over the salmon cubes. Add the marinade consisting of salt, chilli, oregano, crushed garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, finely chopped parsley. Leave in the fridge to marinate for a maximum one hour.

Cut the corn into slices and boil it in the steamer for 30 minutes. At the end of the time, add the green beans and broccoli and leave for another 7 minutes. Remove the vegetables in a bowl with cold water and ice.

Meanwhile, cut the zucchini and peppers into thin slices. Sprinkle the zucchini with salt and let it drain for 15 minutes.

Heat the oil in a wok and add the previously wiped zucchini with an absorbent napkin. Heat for 1-2 minutes and add the peppers. Stir carefully so as not to crush the vegetables. Continue to fry for another 2-3 minutes and add the well drained ice vegetables. Saute for another 5 minutes and add the butter, salt and crushed garlic at the end.

For the skewers, pass the salmon and shrimps on sticks and put them in a hot pan. Fry in a pan for 2 minutes on each side over medium to low heat.

For the garlic sauce, mix the crushed garlic with the rest of the ingredients.

Serve with a glass of cold white wine with a lot of appetite!
