Astazi va invit la… piata 😊
In aceasta perioada piata este extrem de proaspata si verde.
Asadar, haideti sa incercam un bors de primavara plin de savoare si prospetime!

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)
- 3 legaturi loboda / 3 bunches of orache
- 2 legaturi stevie / 2 bunches of patience
- 3 legaturi ceapa verde / 3 bunches of green onion
- 1 ceapa alba / 1 white onion
- 1 legatura marar / 1 bunch of dill
- 1 legatura patrunjel verde / 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 legatura leustean / 1 bunch of lovage
- 3 linguri ulei / 3 tablespoon of oil
- 3 linguri pasta ardei / 3 tablespoon peepper paste
- 3 linguri pasta tomate / 3 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 200 grame taietei de casa / 200 grams noodles
- 250 ml bors / 250 ml borscht
- sare / salt

Intr-o oala incapatoare, incingem uleiul la foc mediu. Adaugam ceapa alba si ceapa verde taiate marunt si o calim usor 2 -3 minute.
Spalam loboda si stevia si le taiem grosier. Le adaugam peste ceapa calita si le calim usor 1-2 minute. Turnam 5 cani de apa calda si lasam sa fiarba legumele.
Adaugam sarea dupa gust si apoi pasta de ardei si pasta de tomate. In momentul in care fierbe adaugam o cana de bors si taieteii si lasam din nou sa ajunga la punctul de fierbere.
Adaugam verdeturile (patrunjel, leustean, marar) tocate marunt.
Servim cu smantana si ceapa verde … obligatoriu 😊

English version:
In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Add white onion and finely chopped green onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
We wash the orache and patience and cut them coarsely. Add them over the onions and lightly fry them for 1-2 minutes. Pour 5 cups of hot water and let the vegetables boil.
