In drumul catre Baku am decis sa petrec cateva zile in minunatul Tbilisi.

English version:
Tbilisi, Georgia – the pleasant surprise at the end of Europe.
On the way to Baku I decided to spend a few days in beautiful Tbilisi.
Although the weather didn’t help us much, we discovered an extremely colorful city with welcoming hosts and a sensational cuisine.
Usually I try to avoid the commercial area of restaurants for reasons that are easy to understand, but with g.Vino Bar it was a completely different story. On a rainy day, we decided to warm up a bit and discovered a fancy wine bar that offers some sorts of traditional food and a wide range of Georgian wines produced by a small group of 60 local producers.
And because a traditional khachapuri goes perfectly with a glass of Georgian wine, this was exactly my choice. Khachapuri is a Georgian pastry dish filled with cheese and egg.
