Pentru o cina sau un pranz rapid putem incerca o budinca de dovlecei. Este buna atat calda cat si rece si putem folosi pentru realizarea ei dovlecei sau zucchini.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)
- 2 zucchini / 2 zucchini
- 250 grame mascarpone / 250 grams mascarpone
- 200 ml smantana dulce / 200 ml double cream
- 2 oua / 2 eggs
- 1 ceapa alba / 1 white onion
- Sare / Salt
- 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 50 grame parmezan / 50 grams parmesan
Spalam dovleceii si ii taiem in felii subtiri. Ii presaram cu sare si ii lasam intr-o sita la scurs timp de 30 de minute.
Intr-o tigaie incingem uleiul de masline si adaugam ceapa taiata marunt. Calim usor si adaugam feliile de dovlecei sterse anterior cu un servetele absorbant. Lasam pe foc 3 minute, amestecand constant, apoi stingem focul si lasam sa se raceasca.
Intr-un bol amestecam branza mascarpone cu ouale, smantana si dovleceii reci. Adaugam amestecul intr-o forma termorezistenta unsa cu putin ulei de masline si presaram parmezanul deasupra. Coacem la 170 grade Celsius timp de 30 de minute pana cand este frumos rumenita.

Zuccini Pudding
For a quick dinner or lunch we can try a zucchini pudding. It is good both hot or cold.
Wash the zucchini and cut them into thin slices. Sprinkle with salt and let it drain in a sieve for 30 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the finely chopped onion. Lightly fry and add the previously wiped zucchini slices with an absorbent napkin. Let it cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, then turn off the heat and let it cool.
In a bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese with the eggs, double cream and cold zucchini. Add the mixture in a heat-resistant form greased with a little olive oil and sprinkle parmesan on top. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes until nicely browned.
