Pasta de jumari


Vedem la multe targuri traditionale ca unii comercianti isi imbie clientii fie cu paine, cu untura, fie cu paine si pasta de jumari.

In acest an, complicat, in care nu mai sarbatorim asa cum eram obisnuiti, va propun sa pregatiti direct acasa gustul traditional.


(pentru 8 portii / for 8 servings)

  • 200 grame jumari / 200 grams pork rinds
  • 1 ceapa rosie / 1 red onion
  • 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lingurita mustar / 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Piper / Pepper
  • 1/ 2 lingurita boia / 1/2 traspoon paprika
  • 2 linguri apa minerala / 2 tablespoons mineral water

Punem jumarile intr-un blender si adaugam ceapa taiata marunt, usturoiul, mustarul, apa minerala ai condimentele. Mixam pana obtinem o pasta. Daca raman cateva bucatele mai mari, nu va faceti griji, deoarece acestea vor da o textura foarte faina pastei de jumari.

Servim pasta de jumari cu paine prajita, ceapa si castraveti murati.

Rinds Paste

Put the rinds in a blender and add finely chopped onion, garlic, mustard, mineral water and spices. Mix until you get a paste. If there are a few larger pieces left, don’t worry, because they will give a very good texture to the rinds paste.

Serve rinds pasta with toast, onions and pickles.
