INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)
- 250 grame ricotta / 250 grams ricotta
- 150 grame branza de vaci / 150 grams cottage cheese
- 4 oua / 4 eggs
- 3 linguri zahar / 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 lingurita praf de copt / 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 lingurita esenta de vanilie / 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 praf de sare / A pinch of salt
- 5 linguri de faina / 5 tablespoons flour
- 4 linguri ulei / 4 tablespoons oil
Intr-un bol amestecam branza de vaci cu ricotta, ouale, sarea, zaharul, praful de copt si esenta de vanilie. Incorporam toate ingredientele si adaugam faina. Amestecam bine. Incingem o tigaie cu putin ulei si prajim clatitele pe ambele parti.
