Conopida gratinata

Mac and cheese… 😁… intr-o varianta mult mai cuminte. Practic putem sa gratinam o gama variata de legume.

Conopida, broccoli, dovlecei, ciuperci amestecate cu un sos delicios de branzeturi si gratinate la cuptor. Iata o idee delicioasa pentru o cina usoara.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:

(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings):

  • 1 conopida mica / 1 small cauliflower
  • 2 oua / 2 eggs
  • 50 grame unt / 50 grams butter
  • 200 grame amestec branzeturi / 200 grams cheese mix
  • 200 ml smantana dulce / 200 ml double cream
  • Sare / Salt

Desfacem conopida in buchete mici si o spalam bine. Punem la fiert apa cu sare. In momentul in care fierbe adaugam conopida si fierbem 7 minute. Scurgem conopida intr-o strecuratoare, apoi o maruntim si o amestecam cu untul. Adaugam ouale batute si amestecul de branzeturi dat pe razatoare. Eu am ales cascaval, cas si urda. Insa puteti opta pentru orice combinatie de branzeturi. Adaugam sare dupa gust si distribuim amestecul in forme termorezistente individuale sau o forma de tarta mai mare (unse anterior cu putin unt).

Coacem in cuptorul incins la 180 grade Celsius, pana cand este frumos rumenita. In functie de forma aleasa timpul poate varia intre 20 – 30 de minute.

Serviti calda alaturi de o salata mixta.

Mac and cheese … 😁 … in a different and maybe, a better way. Basically we can gratinate a wide range of vegetables.

Cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms mixed with a delicious cheese sauce and au gratin in the oven. Here’s a delicious idea for a light dinner.

Unwrap the cauliflower in small bunches and wash it well. Boil salted water. When it boils, add the cauliflower and cook for 7 minutes. Drain the cauliflower, then grind it and mix it with the butter. Add beaten eggs and grated cheese mixture. You can choose any combination of cheeses. Add salt to taste and distribute the mixture in individual heat-resistant forms or a larger tart form (previously greased with a little butter).

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius, until is nicely browned. Depending on the chosen form, the time can vary between 20-30 minutes.

Serve hot with a mixed salad.
