INGREDIENTE (pentru 2 portii)


• 400 grame pere din compot
• 50 grame miere
• 50 grame unt
• 150 grame fulgi de ovaz
• 50 grame ciocolata neagra tocata

Crumble cu pere si ciocolata


Incepem prin a incalzi cuptorul la 180 grade Celsius. Scurgem bine perele din compot, dar pastram siropul pentru mai tarziu, deoarece acesta va adauga un plus de savoare. Asezam perele intr-o tava potrivita.

Intr-o craticioara, topim untul impreuna cu mierea la foc mic, amestecand usor pana cand obtinem o compozitie omogena si lucioasa. Adaugam fulgii de ovaz si continuam sa amestecam timp de aproximativ doua minute, pana cand incep sa capete o aroma usor prajita si placuta. Presaram un praf de sare pentru a intensifica gustul si incorporam ciocolata neagra tocata, fara a mai tine compozitia pe foc, astfel incat bucatile de ciocolata sa nu se topeasca prea tare.

Turnam amestecul crocant peste pere, acoperindu-le uniform, apoi mai adaugam deasupra inca doua sau trei linguri din siropul pastrat. Introducem tava in cuptorul preincalzit si lasam desertul la copt timp de aproximativ 20 de minute, pana cand stratul de deasupra devine auriu si usor crocant, iar aromele se imbina perfect.

Scoatem crumble-ul din cuptor si il lasam cateva minute sa se tempereze, timp in care mirosul dulce si intens va umple bucataria. Se serveste cald, simplu sau alaturi de o cupa de inghetata, pentru un contrast delicios intre cald si rece.

• 400 g canned pears (from compote)
• 50 g honey
• 50 g butter
• 150 g oats

We start by preheating the oven to 180°C. Drain the pears well, but keep the syrup for later, as it will add extra flavor. Place the pears in a suitable baking dish.
