INGREDIENTE (pentru 8 portii)

  • 185 grame unt
  • 85 grame alune de padure
  • 200 grame ciocolata amaruie minim 56% cacao
  • 4 oua mari
  • 155 grame zahar
  • 1 praf de sare

Incalzim cuptorul la 165°C si tapetam baza formei cu hartie de copt.

Macinam alunele de padure impreuna cu ciocolata intr-un blender pana obtinem o textura fina. Adaugam untul taiat cubulete si mixam pana la omogenizare.

Incorporam ouale, un praf de sare si zaharul, apoi batem compozitia timp de aproximativ 5 minute, pana devine spumoasa si deschisa la culoare.

Turnam aluatul in forma pregatita si coacem in cuptorul preincalzit timp de 35-40 de minute, pana cand marginile sunt ferme, iar centrul ramane usor moale.

Similar in taste to a lava cake, the cake has a slightly soft center and a smooth texture, but without any flour, making it perfect for those on a gluten-free diet. Combining dark chocolate with hazelnuts, this simple yet refined dessert will delight your senses with every bite. Easy to prepare with accessible ingredients, this cake will quickly become a family favorite!

INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings)

  • 185 grams butter
  • 85 grams hazelnuts
  • 200 grams dark chocolate (56% cocoa)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 155 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 165°C and line the base of the pan with parchment paper.

Grind the hazelnuts together with the chocolate in a blender until you get a fine texture. Add the butter cut into cubes and blend until smooth.

Incorporate the eggs, a pinch of salt, and the sugar, then beat the mixture for about 5 minutes until it becomes fluffy and light in color.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until the edges are firm, and the center remains slightly soft.

Allow the cake to cool in the pan, then serve it with vanilla ice cream and berries.
