In primul rand … confuzia generala care trebuie clarificata. Fudulii, momite? Doua lucruri total diferite, nicidecum sinonime.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)
- 500 grame fudulii de curcan / 500 grams turkey balls
- 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 catei de usturoi / 3 garlic cloves
- 5 linguri vin alb sec / 5 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1 lingura patrunjel verde / 1 teaspoon parsley
- Sare / Salt
- Piper / Pepper
Presaram patrunjel proaspat tocat marunt si servim cu paine integrala cu seminte.
English version
Turkey balls in wine and garlic sauce
I thought for a long time before posting this recipe. But it seems too tasty not to be made known.
Let the inhibitions aside and bring some warm wholemeal bread and a glass of dry white wine and you will enjoy an extremely tasty main course. Fine and creamy consistency perfect in a sauce of wine, garlic and green parsley.
Wash the turkey balls well and keep them in salted water for 30 minutes. Drain them and wipe them well with an absorbent napkin. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the turkey balls. Fry for 2 minutes, covering with a lid. Then add the wine and leave for another 3 minutes. At the end, add the garlic and continue to simmer the meat for 2 minutes, shaking the pan from time to time. Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh parsley and serve with wholemeal bread with seeds.
