Plictisiti de salatele clasice? Haideti atunci sa cream noi combinatii din retetele pe care deja le-am incercat. Asadar sa fie o portie cremoasa de hummus scaldat in ulei de masline si o salata greceasca cu arome usor libaneze! 😀
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:
(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)
Pentru hummus:
- 300 grame naut din conserva / 300 canned chickpeas
- 1 lingura tahini / 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/2 lingurita sumak / 1/2 teaspoon sumak
- 1/4 lingurita za’atar / 1/4 teaspoon za’atar
- 2 linguri suc de lamaie / 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 linguri apa minerala / 4 tablespoons mineral water
- 3 linguri ulei de masline / 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
Pentru salata:
- 1 castravete / 1 cucumber
- 1 ceapa rosie / 1 red onion
- 10 rosii cherry / 10 cherry tomatoes
- Mix de masline / Olive mix
- Patrunjel / Parsley
- 1/4 lingurita sumak / 1/4 teaspoon sumak
- 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 50 grame branza feta / 50 grams feta cheese
Intr-un bol, punem toate ingredientele pentru hummus si le mixam cu ajutorul unui blender pana obtinem o crema fina. Daca vi se pare prea consistenta, mai adaugati cate o lingura de apa minerala pana cand hummusul devine cremos. Separat, pregatim salata. Amestecam intr-un bol ceapa, castravetii, rosiile, maslinele, branza feta, sumak-ul, patrunjelul si uleiul de masline.
Aranjam pe un platou hummusul si salata si presaram deasupra sumak. Servim salata cu hummus presarata cu ulei de masline din abundenta si evident, cu lipii calde.

Are you bored with classic salads? Then let’s create new combinations from the recipes we have already tried. So it should be a creamy portion of hummus with olive oil and a Greek salad with slightly Lebanese flavors! 😀
In a bowl, put all the ingredients for the hummus and mix them with a blender until you get a fine cream. If you find it too thick, add another tablespoon of mineral water until the hummus becomes creamy. Separately, prepare the salad. Mix onions and cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and feta cheese. Add the sumak parsley and olive oil and mix.
Arrange on a plate hummus and salad and sprinkle sumak on top. Serve the hummus salad sprinkled with plenty of olive oil and obviously with warm pita bread.
