Miel la cuptor cu sos de iaurt si menta

Ati pregatit lista scurta cu bunataturi pentru sarbatorile Pascale? … Oua rosii, drob, cozonac si neaparat o friptura de miel. Eu va invit sa incercati o friptura de miel cu iz de menta si chilli, acompaniata de salata verde si un sos delicios si lejer de iaurt cu menta.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)

Pentru friptura / For roasted lamb leg:

  • 1 ciolan de miel / 1 lamb leg
  • 1 lingurita menta uscata / 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 lingurita fulgi de chilli / 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 2 linguri pasta de ardei / 2 tablespoons pepper paste
  • Sare / Salt
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil

Pentru garnituri / For side dishes:

  • 4 cartofi / 4 potatoes
  • 4 linguri iaurt grecesc 10% / 4 tablespoons greek jogurt 10%
  • 4 frunze de menta / 4 mint leaves
  • 1/2 salata verde / 1/2 Lettuce
  • 1 ceapa rosie / 1 red onion
  • 3 ridichi / 3 radishes
  • 1 castravete / 1 cucumber
  • 3 linguri ulei de masline / 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lingurita de otet / 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Sare / Salt

Secretul acestei fripturi consta in marinarea corecta a carnii de miel. Practic, facem un amestec de pasta de ardei si condimente cu care acoperim carnea de miel. Lasam la rece minim 12 ore. Ungem o oala de fonta cu 2 linguri ulei de masline si punem ciolanul de miel. Acoperim cu capac si dam la cuptorul incins la 160 grade Celsius pentru 2 ore.

Intre timp pregatim garniturile. Prajim cartofii in Actifry Tefal cu o lingura de ulei de masline. In cazul in care nu detineti o friteuza, puteti sa ii prajiti in baie de ulei sau sa ii coaceti.

Amestecam intr-un bol iaurtul grecesc cu o lingura de ulei de masline, sare si cu frunzele de menta taiate marunt. Pregatim si salata verde cu ceapa, castravete, ridichi si un sos de ulei de masline, sare si otet.

Servim friptura de miel cu multa pofta!

Have you prepared a short list for the Easter holidays? … eggs, meat loaf, cakes and definitely a lamb steak. I tried a mint-flavored lamb steak accompanied by lettuce and a delicious and light yogurt sauce with mint.

The secret of this steak is to marinate the lamb. Basically, we make a mixture of pepper paste and spices and massage the lamb well. Let cool for at least 12 hours. Grease a cast iron pot with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, put the lamb shank. Cover with a lid and put in the preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 2 hours.

In the meantime, prepare the side dishes. Fry the potatoes in Actifry Tefal with a tablespoon of olive oil. If you do not have a fryer, you can fry them in an oil bath or bake them.

Mix the Greek yogurt in a bowl with a tablespoon of olive oil, salt and finely chopped mint leaves. Prepare also the salad with lettuce with onions, cucumbers, radishes and a sauce of olive oil, salt and vinegar.

Serve the roasted lamb with a lot of appetite!
