Astazi incercam un mix de peste insotit de o salata racoritoare de orzo si o salsa de avocado pe masura.
Cu un astfel de preparat obisnuim sa ne rasfatam in cadrul meselor servite in oras. Insa, fata de restaurant, avem controlul asupra calitatii ingredientelor, cantitatii de grasimi adaugate suplimentar, precum si a modalitatii de preparare.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:
(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings):
Pentru mix fish:
- 250 grame somon / 250 grams salmon
- 300 grame creveti / 300 grams shrimps
- 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sare / Salt
- Fulgi de chilli / Chilli flakes
- 4 catei de usturoi / 4 garlic cloves
Pentru salata de orzo:
- 100 grame paste orzo / 100 grams orzo
- 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lingura suc de lamaie / 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 lingura samburi de pin prajite / 1 tablespoon pine nuts toasted
- 2 linguri parmezan fasii / 2 tablespoon parmesan flakes
- 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
- Valeriana / Valerian
- Sare / Salt
Pentru salsa de avocado:
- 1 avocado / 1 avocado
- 1 ceapa rosie / 1 red onion
- 1 lingurita ulei de masline / 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 lingurita suc de lamaie / 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Sare / Salt
Curatam somonul de solzi si il spalam, apoi il uscam bine cu un servetel absorbant. Intr-un bol punem somonul si crevetii, uleiul de masline si condimentele. Lasam la marinat la frigider timp de 2 ore. Dupa marinare, pregatim somonul timp de 15 minute la abur in steamer. Dupa cele 15 minute, adaugam si crevetii si mai lasam inca 3 minute. In cazul in care nu detineti un steamer, puteti sa pregatiti pestele si crevetii intr-o tigaie unsa cu foarte putin ulei de masline.
Intre timp pregatim salata de orzo. Fierbem pastele conform indicatiilor de pe pachet. Scurgem si clatim bine cu apa rece. Pentru a preveni lipirea pastelor, le rasturnam pe o farfurie intinsa si adaugam uleiul de masline. Lasam pastele sa se raceasca, amestecand ocazional. Adaugam apoi restul ingredientelor, cu exceptia valerianei. Acoperim bolul si lasam sa se imprieteneasca aromele. Inainte de a servi, adaugam si valeriana.
Pentru salsa de avocado, taiem avocado cubulete si il amestecam cu ceapa taiata marunt, sucul de lamaie si uleiul de masline.
Servim mixul de peste cu salata de orzo, sosul salsa si felii de lamaie.

Today we try a fish mix accompanied by a refreshing orzo salad and an avocado salsa.
A similar dinner can be served in the city. But, compared to the restaurant, we have control over the quality of the ingredients, the amount of extra fat added, as well as the preparation method.
Clean the salmon and wash it, dry it well with an absorbent napkin. In a bowl put the salmon and shrimps, olive oil and spices. Leave to marinate in the fridge for 2 hours. After marinating, we prepare the salmon for 15 minutes in the steamer. After 15 minutes, I added the shrimp and left for another 3 minutes. If you do not have a steamer, you can prepare it in a pan greased with a small quantity of olive oil.
Meanwhile, prepare the orzo salad. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse well with cold water. To prevent the pasta from sticking, turn it over on a flat plate and add the olive oil. Let the pasta cool, stirring occasionally. Then add the rest of the ingredients, except valerian. Cover the bowl and let the flavors become friends. Before serving, add valerian.
For the avocado sauce, cut the avocado into cubes and mix it with the finely chopped onion, lemon juice and olive oil.
Serve the fish mix with orzo salad, salsa sauce and lemon slices.
