Stir Fry Soba Noodles

Astazi incercam o cina fantastica si rapida pe care o putem executa intr-o seara dintr-o saptamana aglomerata. Plina de legume crocante, taietei din faina de hrisca și un sos gustos va va incanta cu siguranta.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:

(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)

  • 200 grame taietei soba / 200 grams soba noodles
  • 200 grame broccoli / 200 grams broccoli
  • 1/2 dovlecel / 1/2 zucchini
  • 1/2 ardei gras rosu / 1/2 red pepper
  • 2 linguri pasta de ardei / 2 tablespoon pepper sauce
  • 1 lingurita ulei de ulei de masline / 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 lingurita ulei de susan / 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 lingurita amidon / 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • Sare / Salt
  • Seminte de susan / Sesam seeds

Intr-o tigaie adanca, incingem uleiul de masline si cel de susan. Adaugam ardeiul gras taiat fasii si buchetelele de broccoli. Calim 3-4 minute si adaugam dovlecelul taiat fasii subtiri. Continuam sa mai calim 2-3 minute si apoi adaugam sosul de soia, sarea, pasta de ardei (daca va place gustul picant, puneti jumatate din cantitate pasta de ardei iute). Intr-un bol dizolvam amidonul in 2 linguri de apa rece si il adaugam peste legume. Continuam sa mai gatim 2 minute.

Intre timp, fierbem taietii soba conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj. Ii clatim cu apa rece si ii adaugam peste legume. Amestecam cu legumele si mai lasam pe foc 1-2 minute.

Presaram cu seminte de susan si servim!

Today we try a fantastic and fast dinner that we can execute during an week evening. Full of crispy vegetables, buckwheat flour noodles and a tasty sauce will definitely delight you.

In a deep frying pan, heat the olive and sesame oil. Add the sliced bell pepper and the broccoli bunches. Bake 3-4 minutes and add the zucchini cut into thin strips. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes and then add the soy sauce, salt, pepper paste (you can put half hot pepper paste, if you like the spicy taste). In a bowl, dissolve the starch in 2 tablespoons of cold water and add it over the vegetables. Continue to cook for another 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Rinse them with cold water and add them over the vegetables. Mix with the vegetables and leave on the fire for 1-2 minutes.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve!
