Multa lume ma intreaba daca mesele mele sunt mereu atat de complexe precum retetele postate pe blog.
Ei bine, nu!
Si iata o dovada. Simplu si foarte apreciat, unul dintre mic dejunurile preferate: oua ochiuri si salata de rosii.

Despre reteta de ochiuri ce pot sa spun? Luam 2 oua, incingem intr-o tigaie putin ulei de masline, spargem ouale si presaram cu sare. Acoperim cu un capac si dupa 2-3 minute … suntem gata!
Servim invariabil cu o salata simpla de rosii condimentata cu sare si putin ulei de masline.
Si chiar daca este un mic dejun fara mare fast, ii dam culoare servindu-l in niste farfurii traditionale. Multumesc pe aceasta cale inca o data pentru cadou! (prietenii stiu ca si de ziua mea imi doresc recuzita pentru poze 😜).

Many people ask me if my meals are always as complex as the recipes posted on the blog.
Well, no!
And here’s a proof. Simple and very popular, one of my favorite breakfasts: fried eggs and tomato salad.
What can I say about the recipe? Take 2 eggs, heat a small quantity of olive oil in a pan, break the eggs and sprinkle with salt. Cover with a lid and after 2-3 minutes … we are ready!
Serve invariably with a simple tomato salad seasoned with salt and olive oil.
And even if it’s a breakfast not so fancy, give it color by serving it in some traditional plates. Thanks again for the gift!
