Sandwich cu steak de vita

Inspiratie pentru o zi de week-end cu muschi de vita la gratar, cartofi copti, unt aromat si o farfurie plina de verde.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:

(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)

  • 500 grame muschi de vita / 500 grams veal
  • 4 cartofi / 4 potatoes
  • 4 felii de paine integrala / 4 slices wholemeal bread
  • 100 grame unt / 100 grams butter
  • Patrunjel / Parsley
  • 4 catei de usturoi / 4 garlic cloves
  • Mix de salata verde / Mix green salad
  • Sare / Salt
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Otet balsamic / Balsamic vinegar

Pentru garnitura, spalam bine cartofii, ii taiem pe jumatate si ii lasam 30 de minute in apa rece. Apoi ii scurgem bine si ii stergem cu un servet absorbant. Intr-o tava punem putin ulei de masline si presaram sare mare. Asezam cartofii cu taietura in jos in tava si ii dam la cuptor, la 170 grade Celsius, timp de 40-50 de minute, pana cand partea de sus este moale la atingere, iar baza este frumos rumenita.

Amestecam untul la temperatura camerei cu patrunjelul taiat marunt, usturoiul strivit si sare obtinand in acest fel o crema aromata.

Pentru friptura de vita, taiem muschiul in felii de 2 cm grosime. Le presaram cu sare mare si le lasam la temperatura camerei o ora. Incingem tigaia grill si prajim feliile de carne 2 minute pe fiecare parte pentru a obtine un steak “medium rare”. Mutam apoi carnea pe o farfurie si o acoperim cu o folie de aluminiu. Lasam 10 minute, apoi taiem friptura in felii subtiri.

Ungem fiecare felie de paine cu unt aromat si adaugam steak-ul. Servim cu cartofi copti aromatizati cu unt si cu salata verde cu dressing de ulei de masline si otet balsamic.

Steak Sandwich

Inspiration for a weekend with steak, baked potatoes, flavored butter and a plate full of green salad.

For the garnish, wash the potatoes well, cut them in half and leave them in cold water for 30 minutes. Then drain them well and wipe them with an absorbent napkin. Put a small quantity of olive oil in a pan and sprinkle with salt. Place the potatoes with the cut down in the tray and put them in the oven, at 170 degrees Celsius, for 40-50 minutes, until the top is soft to the touch and the base is nicely browned.

For the steak, cut the veal into 2 cm thick slices. Sprinkle with salt and leave at room temperature for an hour. Heat the grill pan and fry the meat slices for 2 minutes on each side to obtain a „medium rare” steak. Then move the meat to a plate and cover it with aluminum foil. Leave for 10 minutes, then cut the steak into thin slices.

Grease each slice of bread with flavored butter and add the steak. Serve with baked potatoes flavored with butter and salad with olive oil dressing and balsamic vinegar.
