Printre aperitivele preferate de pe mesele de sarbatoare (si nu numai) se afla ouale umplute. De data aceasta, eu am ales sa le imbrac doar cu un sos tartar delicios.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)
- 4 oua / 4 eggs
- 2 linguri maioneza / 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 lingura smantana / 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1/2 castravete murat / 1/2 pickles
- 1 ceapa mica / 1 small onion
- 1 capera mare / 1 big capper
- 1 lingurita patrunjel taiat fin / 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 lingurita suc de lamaie / 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Sare / Salt
- Piper / Pepper
- Mix de salata verde / Green mix salad
Fierbem ouale timp de 10 minute, apoi le curatam si le taiem pe jumatate. Pentru sosul tartar taiem marunt ceapa, castravetele si caperele. Apoi le amestecam cu maioneza, smantana, sucul de lamaie, patrunjelul, sare si piper.
Pentru servire aranjam pe un platou mixul de salata verde, jumatatile de ou si distribuim uniform sosul tartar.

Tartar deviled eggs
Among our favorite appetizers on the holiday tables and not only are deviled eggs. This time, I chose to dress them only with a delicious sauce full of flavors.
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cut them in half. For the tartar sauce, finely chop the onion, cucumber and capers. Then mix them with mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
For serving, arrange on a plate the green salad mixture, egg halves and distribute the tartar sauce.
