Panna Cotta cu iaurt este o reteta usoara, eleganta si perfecta atunci cand vrei un desert rapid, dar rafinat. Inspirata din bucataria italiana, aceasta varianta combina smantana dulce cu iaurt grecesc pentru o textura cremoasa, aerata si surprinzator de lejera. Se pregateste in doar cateva minute si se transforma intr-un desert cu gust delicat, ideal atat pentru o masa festiva, cat si pentru un mic dejun proteic. Daca esti in cautarea unui desert simplu, cu ingrediente accesibile si rezultat spectaculos, aceasta panna cotta cu iaurt merita incercata.

INGREDIENTE (pentru 3 portii)
- 100 ml lapte
- 200 grame iaurt grecesc 2%
- 60 grame indulcitor
- 1 lingurita esenta de vanilie
- 250 ml smantana dulce
- 10 grame gelatina

Incepem prin a hidrata gelatina. O punem intr-un ibric si o acoperim cu 30 ml apa rece. O lasam 10 minute la hidratat.
Intr-un bol punem smantana dulce (de preferat cu continut redus de grasimi), laptele, iaurtul, indulcitorul si esenta de vanilie. Amestecam si punem pe foc timp de 5–6 minute, pana cand se incalzeste bine, dar fara sa fiarba.

Separat, punem gelatina hidratata la foc mic si o lasam doar pana se topeste (fara a fierbe). O turnam apoi peste crema de iaurt, amestecand bine pentru a obtine o compozitie omogena.
Turnam crema in pahare sau forme si o lasam la temperatura camerei pana se raceste. Apoi dam la frigider pentru cel putin 4 ore, pana se incheaga frumos.

Decoram panna cotta cu fructe proaspete, topping de fructe de padure sau un strop de miere. Este un desert dietetic, cu textura catifelata, perfect atat ca rasfat dulce dupa masa, cat si ca mic dejun proteic, ideal pentru un boost de energie.

INGREDIENTS (for 3 servings)
- 100 ml milk
- 200 grams Greek yogurt (2%)
- 60 grams sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 10 grams gelatin
Start by hydrating the gelatin. Place it in a small saucepan, cover with 30 ml cold water, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, add the heavy cream (preferably with reduced fat content), milk, yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Mix well and heat for 5–6 minutes until warmed through, but do not let it boil.
Separately, gently heat the hydrated gelatin until it melts (without boiling), then pour it over the yogurt mixture, stirring well to achieve a smooth consistency.
Pour the mixture into glasses or molds and let it cool at room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, until nicely set.
Decorate the panna cotta with fresh fruit, a berry topping, or a drizzle of honey. It’s a light dessert with a velvety texture, perfect both as a sweet treat after a meal and as a protein-rich breakfast, ideal for an energy boost.
