Pasta de sardine – reteta rapida, cremoasa si plina de proteine, perfecta pentru mic dejun sau gustare! Exista retete care demonstreaza ca din cateva ingrediente simple poti obtine un preparat extrem de gustos. Pasta de sardine este una dintre ele. Se face in 5 minute, este bogata in proteine si grasimi bune, are un gust echilibrat intre cremos, usor picant si fresh, si merge perfect pe paine prajita si legume crocante. Este genul de preparat ideal pentru diminetile in care vrei ceva hranitor, dar fara complicatii, sau pentru o gustare rapida intre mese. Eu am ales sardinele de la Lidl si pot spune ca sunt o varianta foarte buna: fara oase si fara piele, fragede si gustoase, perfecte pentru o pasta fina si aromata. Combinatia dintre sardine, ou fiert, crema de branza si un strop de lime transforma totul intr-o crema catifelata, cu personalitate, dar fara gust prea intens de peste.

INGREDIENTE (pentru 2 portii)
• 125 grame sardine in ulei
• 1 ou fiert tare
• 1 lingurita mustar
• 70 grame crema de branza cu smantana
• sucul de la 1/2 lime
• 1/4 lingurita boia de ardei iute
• 1/2 ceapa rosie
• sare, dupa gust

Incepem prin a pune in blender oul fiert tare, taiat in jumatate, mustarul, jumatate din cantitatea de crema de branza, sucul de lime si un praf de sare. Mixam pana obtinem o crema fina, cu textura asemanatoare unei maioneze.
Adaugam sardinele bine scurse de ulei si restul de crema de branza, apoi mixam din nou pana cand obtinem o pasta omogena si cremoasa. La final incorporam ceapa rosie tocata foarte marunt si boiaua de ardei iute. Mai potrivim de sare si lime, in functie de gust.

Servim pasta de sardine pe paine prajita sau alaturi de legume proaspete. Noi am ales castraveti, ridichi si praz, pentru un contrast crocant si fresh care completeaza perfect textura cremoasa a pastei.

Este o reteta simpla, satioasa si extrem de versatila – perfecta pentru mic dejun, brunch sau chiar pentru un platou de aperitive.

Sardine Spread
Sardine spread – a quick, creamy, protein-packed recipe, perfect for breakfast or a snack! There are recipes that prove you can create something incredibly delicious from just a few simple ingredients. Sardine spread is one of them. It takes only 5 minutes to prepare, it is rich in protein and healthy fats, has a perfectly balanced taste between creamy, slightly spicy and fresh, and pairs beautifully with toasted bread and crunchy vegetables. It is the ideal choice for mornings when you want something nourishing without complications, or for a quick snack between meals. I chose the sardines from Lidl and I can honestly say they are a very good option: boneless, skinless, tender and flavorful, perfect for a smooth and aromatic spread. The combination of sardines, boiled egg, cream cheese and a splash of lime turns everything into a velvety cream with personality, but without an overpowering fish taste.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)
• 125 grams sardines in oil
• 1 hard-boiled egg
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 70 grams cream cheese with sour cream
• juice from 1/2 lime
• 1/4 teaspoon hot paprika
• 1/2 red onion
• salt, to taste
We start by placing the hard-boiled egg, cut in half, the mustard, half of the cream cheese, the lime juice and a pinch of salt into a blender. Blend until you obtain a smooth cream with a texture similar to mayonnaise.
Add the well-drained sardines and the remaining cream cheese, then blend again until you get a homogeneous and creamy spread. At the end, fold in the very finely chopped red onion and the hot paprika. Adjust the salt and lime juice according to your taste.
Serve the sardine spread on toasted bread or alongside fresh vegetables. We chose cucumbers, radishes and leek, for a crunchy and fresh contrast that perfectly complements the creamy texture of the spread.
It is a simple, satisfying and extremely versatile recipe – perfect for breakfast, brunch or even as part of an appetizer platter.
