Spalam pulpele si le stergem cu cateva servetele absorbante. Le presaram cu sare si le lasam la temperatura camerei pana pregatim legumele.

Curatam legumele si taiem rondele cartofii, dovlecelul, vanata si ardeii. Ungem o tava cu ulei de masline si asezam cartofii, amestecand bine cu mana, astfel incat sa fie acoperiti cu putin ulei pe toate partile. Introducem tava in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade Celsius pentru 30 de minute.

La expirarea timpului adaugam deasupra feliile de vanata, dovlecel si ardeii, presaram cu sare si stropim cu putin ulei de masline si amestecam bine. Introducem din nou tava in cuptor pentru 20 de minute.

Scoatem tava din cuptor si asezam pulpele de pui cu pielea in jos si usturoiul taiat pe jumatate. Presaram cu cimbru si coacem 20 de minute, apoi intoarcem carnea si adaugam rosiile cherry taiate in jumatati. Continuam sa mai coacem timp de 20 de minute pana cand pulpele sunt frumos rumenite.

Servim pulpe de pui cu legume la cuptor alaturi de un sos de iaurt cu usturoi si un pahar de Sonet rose de la Crama Stramutata, un cupaj de o culoare intensa de cirese roz, balantat intre Syrahul cu un buchet bogat in arome de piper si fructe si Feteasca Neagra care evidentiaza arome de fructe de padure, visine, prune uscate, stafide negre, usor condimentat, cu adieri de violete, scortisoara, piper negru boabe, ienibahar sau vanilie. Intens, floral, condimentat, cu un final prelungit, Sonetul 2022 este un vin ce poate consuma tot timpul anului, temperatura recomandata de servire fiind de 10-12 grade Celsius.
