  • 250 grame bucati ton in conserva / 250 grams canned tuna
  • 2 cepe verzi / 2 scallions
  • 1 bat telina apio / 1 stick of celery
  • 75 grame crema de branza Almette / 75 grams Almette cream cheese
  • 50 grame merisoare / 50 grams of cranberries
  • 1 mar mare / 1 big apple
  • 1 lingurita mustar / 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Sucul de la 1/2 de lamaie / Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • Sare / Salt

Eu recomand ca pentru acest tip de retete sa alegeti ton in bucati. Scurgem bine conserva de ton si o rasturnam intr-un bol. Strivim usor pestele cu ajutorul unei furculite.

Adaugam deasupra ceapa verde taiata rondele mici, telina apio taiata in cubulete si merisoarele. Amestecam si adaugam crema de branza, mustarul, sarea si sucul de lamaie.

Amestecam bine si taiem marul in felii groase de 1 cm. Adaugam peste fiecare felie de mar cate o cupa de salata de ton.

Presaram ceapa verde si servim cu paine proaspata.
