Pulpe de pui la cuptor – rumenite, fragede si numai bune de servit cu cartofi si mujdei! Exista mancaruri care nu au nevoie de prea multe prezentari – pur si simplu miros bine, arata bine si sunt imposibil de refuzat. Aici intra si pulpele de pui la cuptor, facute simplu, cu sare, dar cu acel gust clasic care iti aduce aminte de mesele duminicale, de pranzurile in familie si de farfuriile pline cu cartofi prajiti si mujdei. Reteta nu e complicata, ba chiar e genul pe care o poti face aproape cu ochii inchisi, dar rezultatul e mereu acelasi: pulpe rumenite, fragede si cu pielea usor crocanta. Totul se intampla in cuptor, fara prea mult efort si fara prajeala.

INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii):

  • 1 kg ciocanele de pui
  • Sare

Presaram pulpele de pui cu sare mare si le lasam la marinat in frigider cateva ore. Nu e nimic complicat aici – sarea patrunde bine in carne si ii da gust, iar timpul de odihna ajuta pulpele sa devina mai fragede si aromate.

Cand suntem gata de treaba, preincalzim cuptorul la 175°C si pregatim o tava cu gratar. Asezam pulpele pe gratarul tavii, iar dedesubt turnam apa fierbinte – un mic truc care impiedica fumul si mentine carnea suculenta.

Introducem tava in cuptor si coacem pulpele timp de 40 de minute. Le intoarcem pe cealalta parte si mai lasam inca 30 de minute, pana cand sunt frumos rumenite si pielea prinde acea culoare aurie, apetisanta.

Cum servim pulpele de pui?  Clasicul nu da gres: cartofi prajiti, mujdei simplu de usturoi cu apa si salata verde proaspata. Eu am ales cartofi de la Fresco Verde si i-am pregatit in Actifry Tefal – rumeni, crocanti si mai light decat varianta clasica.

Baked Chicken Drumsticks – golden, juicy, and perfect with fries and garlic sauce! There are dishes that don’t need much introduction – they just smell amazing, look mouthwatering, and are impossible to resist. INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)

  • 1 kg chicken drumsticks
  • Coarse salt

Generously season the drumsticks with coarse salt and let them rest in the fridge for a few hours. Nothing fancy here – the salt works its way into the meat, adding flavor and tenderness.

When you’re ready to cook, preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and prepare a baking tray with a rack. Place the drumsticks on the rack, and pour some hot water into the tray underneath – a simple trick to reduce smoke and keep the meat juicy.

Roast the drumsticks for 40 minutes, then flip them over and cook for another 30 minutes, until beautifully golden and the skin is crisp and irresistible.

Stick to the classics – crispy fries, a simple garlic sauce, and a side of fresh green salad. I used Fresco Verde potatoes, cooked in a Tefal Actifry – golden, crispy, and lighter than deep-fried versions.
