INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)
- 500 grame aripioare de pui / 500 grams chicken wings
- 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 75 grame unt / 75 grams butter
- 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
- Sare / Salt
- 1 lingurita cimbru / 1 teaspoon thyme
- Piper / Pepper
- 2 linguri parmezan ras / 2 tablespoons gratted parmesan
Curatam si spalam bine aripioarele. Le uscam cu ajutorul unui prosop de bucatarie si le presaram cu sare. Punem aripioarele in tava de la Tefal Actifry si adaugam uleiul de masline. Alegem programul pentru aripioare de pui. In cazul in care nu detinem un Actifry, pregatim aripioarele la cuptor.

Intre timp pregatim sosul. Topim untul si adaugam cimbrul, sarea, piperul si usturoiul taiat marunt. Lasam sosul pe foc timp de 5 minute.
Rasturnam aripioarele intr-un bol si amestecam cu sosul de unt si usturoi si parmezanul ras.

Chicken wings with parmesan and garlic
Chicken wings with parmesan and garlic is a recipe for extra crispy wings, bathed in butter sauce with garlic and parmesan. Prepared in Actifry or in the oven, they are not really traditional wings, but they are so good, far exceesing any other option tried so far !!!
Clean and wash the wings well. Dry them with a kitchen towel and sprinkle them with salt. Put the wings in the Tefal Actifry tray and add the olive oil. Choose the program for chicken wings. If we do not have an actifry, put the wings in the oven.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Melt the butter and add the thyme, salt, pepper and finely chopped garlic. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour the wings into a bowl and mix with the butter and garlic sauce and the grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve the wings with cocktail sauce, red cabbage salad and colorful potato salad.
