Quinoa & Halloumi Bowl este una dintre combinatiile extrem de lejere potrivita pentru oricare moment al zilei. Fie ca il servim ca mic dejun sau ca cina, aromele acestui bol se imbina perfect.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)

  • 100 grame quinoa / 100 grams quinoa
  • 2 oua / 2 eggs
  • 1 lingurita ulei de masline / 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 200 grame varza kale / 200 grams kale
  • 250 grame branza halloumi / 250 grams halloumi cheese
  • 1 avocado / 1 avocado
  • 2 linguri chives taiat marunt sau ceapa verde / 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives or scallion
  • Sare / Salt
  • Piper / Pepper

Pentru dressing-ul cremos / For creamy dressing:

  • 2 linguri tahini / 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 50 ml apa / 50 ml water
  • 2 linguri suc de lamaie / 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Sare / Salt

Spalam bine quinoa si o punem la fiert. Se aduce la punctul de fierbere, adaugam putina sare si acoperim cu un capac. Fierbem quinoa timp de 12 minute la foc mediu. Se da deoparte si se mai lasa acoperita inca 5 minute.

Intre timp fierbem ouale timp de 5 minute. Le lasam 2-3 minute in apa rece si le curatam.

Pentru a face dressing-ul, amestecam intr-un bol tahini, apa, sucul de lamaie si sarea. Adaugam jumatate din dressing in quinoa si amestecam.

Incingem uleiul intr-o tigaie mare antiaderentă la foc mediu. Adaugam varza si gatim, amestecand, timp de 2-3 minute. Transferam intr-un bol si lasam deoparte. Adaugam halloumi in tigaie si gatim timp de 2 minute pe fiecare parte pana devine aurie.

Pentru servire, asezam intr-o farfurie quinoa, feliile de halloumi, varza kale, oul fiert, restul de dressing si presaram chives sau ceapa verde taiata marunt si piper proaspat macinat.

Quinoa & Halloumi Bowl

Quinoa & Halloumi Bowl is one of the light combinations suitable for any time of the day. Whether we serve it for breakfast or dinner, the flavors of this bowl blend perfectly.

Wash the quinoa well and boil it. Bring to the boil, add a pinch of salt and cover with a lid. Boil quinoa for 12 minutes over medium heat. Set aside and leave covered for another 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the eggs for 5 minutes. Leave them in cold water for 2-3 minutes.

To make the dressing, mix in a bowl the tahini, water, lemon juice and salt. Add half of the dressing to the quinoa and mix.

Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the kale and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Add the halloumi to the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden.

To serve, place the quinoa, slices of halloumi, kale, boiled egg, remaining dressing and sprinkle with finely chopped chives or scallions in a plate.
