Salmon Budhha Bowl

Astazi facem cunostinta cu celebrul “Buddha Bowl”. Aceasta nu putea sa lipseasca din meniul Inspirat la Fix. In fapt, acest bol este o salata consistenta, rece sau calda, nutritiva și extrem de colorata.

Un amestec delicios de legume, peste sau branzeturi cu un dressing fantastic de bun. Eu am incercat aceasta salata cu somon acompaniata cu crutoane de cartofi dulci, ceapa rosie murata, couscous si un dressing usor de lamaie aromat cu usturoi.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:

(pentru 1 portie / for 1 serving)

  • 150 grame somon / 150 grams salmon
  • 3 linguri couscous / 3 tablespoons couscous
  • 1 ceapa rosie murata / 1 pickled red onion
  • 1 cartof dulce / 1 sweet onion
  • Valeriana / Valerian

Pentru dressing:

  • 1 catel de usturoi strivit / 1 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 lingurita mustar / 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 lingurita otet de mere / 1 teaspoon apple vinegar
  • 1 lingurita suc de lamaie / 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 lingurita miere / 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • Oregano / Oregano
  • Sare / Salt

Pentru ceapa murata:

  • 1 ceapa rosie / 1 red onion
  • 100 ml apa / 100 ml water
  • 50 ml otet de mere / 50 ml apple vinegar
  • 1 lingurita zahar / 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 lingurita sare / 1/2 teaspoon salt

Pentru a pregati ceapa murata, o taiem in inele subtiri. Intr-o cana amestecam apa, otetul, zaharul si sarea. Turnam amestecul peste ceapa si lasam la marinat minim 1 ora.

Pregatim couscousul conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj. De regula folosim proportia de 1 parte couscous si 2 parti apa fiarta. Adaugam aceste ingrediente intr-un bol si acoperim timp de 15 minute. Potrivim de sare si amestecam cu o furculita astfel incat sa afanam couscousul.

Curatam cartoful dulce si il taiem cubulete. Eu l-am pregatit in Actifry, adaugand cateva picaturi de ulei de masline si sare. In cazul in care nu detineti un astfel de aparat, puteti pregati crutoanele in cuptor.

Incingem o tigaie unsa cu foarte putin ulei de masline si asezam somonul cu pielea in jos. Prajim somonul pe toate partile timp de 2-3 minute pe fiecare parte.

Pentru dressing amestecam toate ingredientele astfel incat sa obtinem un sos cremos.

Intr-un “bowl” aranjam salata, ceapa murata, couscous-ul, somonul, crutoanele de cartof dulce si dressingul de usturoi si lamaie.

Today we meet the famous „Buddha Bowl”. This could not be missing from our menu. In fact, this bowl is a consistent salad, cold or hot, nutritious and extremely colorful.

A delicious mix of vegetables, fish or cheese with a fantastic dressing. I tried this salmon salad accompanied by sweet potato croutons, pickled red onion, couscous and a light lemon flavored garlic dressing.

To prepare the pickled onion, cut the onion into thin rings. In a cup mix water, vinegar, sugar and salt. Pour the mixture over the onion and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package. Usually use the proportion of 1 part couscous and 2 parts boiled water. Add these ingredients in a bowl and cover for 15 minutes. Season with salt and mix with a fork.

Peel the sweet potato and cut it into cubes. I prepared it in Actifry, adding a few drops of olive oil and salt. If you do not have such a device, you can prepare the croutons in the oven.

Heat a frying pan greased with a small quantity of olive oil and place the salmon face down. Fry the salmon on all sides for 2-3 minutes on each side.

For the dressing, mix all the ingredients in order to obtain a creamy sauce.

In a „bowl” arrange the salad, pickled onion, couscous, salmon, sweet potato croutons and garlic and lemon dressing.
