Supa crema de usturoi este o reteta simpla si savuroasa potrivita pentru o zi rece. Aceasta supa este una dintre specialitatile pe care le incercam in special iarna, in vacantele noastre in afara tarii, in cautarea targurilor de Craciun.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)

  • 3 capatani de usturoi / 3 garlics
  • 50 grame unt / 50 grams butter
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lingurita chimen / 1 teaspoon caraway
  • 1 ceapa alba / 1 onion
  • 2 cartofi / 2 potatoes
  • 3 cani supa de legume / 3 cups vegetables soup
  • 200 ml smantana dulce / 200 ml double cream
  • Sare / Salt

Pentru prepararea acestei retete, am ales sa folosesc Tefal One Pot, insa se poate pregati si in mod traditional. Alegem functia “Brown” si adaugam untul si uleiul. Adaugam semintele de chimen, ceapa taiata marunt si calim 1-2 minute.

Adaugam apoi cartofii taiati cuburi si usturoiul. Mai calim 2-3 minute si adaugam apa. Inchidem oala si alegem functia “Soup” pentru 20 de minute. Dupa terminarea programului, adaugam smantana dulce si pasam.

Servim supa cu felii de bacon prajite sau parmezan.

Garlic cream soup is a simple and tasty recipe suitable for a cold day. This soup is one of the specialties that we try especially in winter, during our holidays abroad, in search of Christmas fairs.

For the preparation of this recipe, I chose to use Tefal One Pot, but it can also be prepared in the traditional way. For TOP, choose the „Brown” function and add the butter and oil. Add the caraway seeds, finely chopped onion and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add the diced potatoes and garlic. Heat for another 2-3 minutes and add water. Close the pot and choose the „Soup” function for 20 minutes. After finishing the program, add the double cream and blend.
