• 200 grame paste Pantacce Toscane La Molisana
• 300 grame creveti
• 250 grame caracatita prefiarta
• 4 catei de usturoi
• 1 ardei iute rosu
• 6 fire patrunjel verde
• 20 ml ulei de masline
• 50 ml vin alb
• sare

Incorporam apoi caracatita prefiarta, taiata felii, si turnam vinul alb. Lasam totul sa fiarba usor aproximativ trei minute, pana cand aromele se combina si sosul capata profunzime.
Adaugam pastele scurse direct in tigaie si amestecam usor pentru ca acestea sa se imbrace in sosul aromat.

Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino con Gamberi e Polpo
Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino con Gamberi e Polpo is the kind of recipe that perfectly demonstrates the charm of Italian cuisine: simple, high-quality ingredients combined in a way that highlights every flavor. Inspired by the classic aglio e olio pasta, this version adds juicy shrimp and tender octopus, transforming a traditional dish into a richer one with an intense taste of the sea. Garlic, chili pepper and olive oil create the aromatic base typical of Mediterranean cooking, while white wine adds depth to the sauce, bringing all the ingredients together into a delicate and fragrant texture. Pantacce Toscane pasta from La Molisana is the perfect choice for this recipe thanks to its twisted shape, which captures and holds the sauce so that every bite is full of flavor. It is an ideal recipe for a special dinner, yet simple enough to prepare on an ordinary day when you want to bring an authentic Italian dish to the table. Served hot, with fresh parsley and a glass of chilled white wine, this plate of pasta becomes a complete culinary experience.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)
• 200 grams Pantacce Toscane pasta La Molisana
• 300 grams shrimp
• 250 grams pre-cooked octopus
• 4 garlic cloves
• 1 red chili pepper
• 6 sprigs fresh parsley
• 20 ml olive oil
• 50 ml white wine
• salt
To begin, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package until al dente. Drain the pasta, optionally reserving a few tablespoons of the cooking water.
Meanwhile, heat a large pan and add the olive oil. Add the crushed garlic and finely chopped chili pepper and let them cook for a few seconds to release their aromas, making sure they do not burn.
Add the shrimp and cook them for about one minute, just until they begin to change color. Then add the pre-cooked octopus, sliced, and pour in the white wine. Let everything simmer gently for about three minutes, allowing the flavors to combine and the sauce to develop depth.
Add the drained pasta directly to the pan and toss gently so that the pasta becomes coated in the aromatic sauce. Cook for about one more minute, just enough for all the ingredients to come together.
Finally, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the pasta for freshness and extra flavor.
Serve the pasta hot, alongside a glass of chilled white wine, for an experience inspired by the authentic flavors of Italy.
