Poate una dintre cele mai simple retete este cea de Antricot de vita cu sos de ciuperci. Simplu de pregatit! O mancare din zona „comfort food” cu un gust decadent. Felii fragede de friptura de vita pierdute in sosul bogat si cremos al ciupercilor si aromat usor cu usturoi si rozmarin. Ce sa mai zicem? INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

Pentru steak / For the steak

  • 600 – 800 grame antricot de vita / 600 – 800 grams ribeye
  • 6 catei de usturoi / 6 garlic cloves
  • 2-3 crengute rozmarin / 2-3 rosemary sprigs
  • Sare / Salt
  • Piper / Pepper
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 50 grame unt / 50 grams butter

Pentru sosul de ciuperci / For mushrooms sauce

  • 400 grame mix de ciuperci / 400 grams mushroom mix
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 50 grame unt / 50 grams butter
  • 200 ml smantana dulce / 200 ml double cream
  • 2 crengute cimbru / 2 thyme sprigs
  • Sare / Salt
  • Piper / Pepper

Presaram carnea cu sare si piper, adaugam 2 catei de usturoi zdrobiti si uleiul de masline. Lasam la marinat timp de cateva ore la frigider, apoi inainte cu o ora de pregatirea termica scoatem carnea si o lasam la temperatura camerei.

Pentru sosul de ciuperci, punem intr-o tigaie uleiul de masline si untul. Cand untul este topit adaugam ciupercile, presaram cu sare si piper si lasam pe foc mediu timp de 10 – 15 minute. Adaugam smantana dulce si crengutele de cimbru si mai lasam pe foc mediu timp de 10 minute, pana obtinem un sos consistent.

Incingem o tigaie si adaugam feliile de carne si amestecul de ulei in care s-au marinat. Prajim pe ambele parti si adaugam cate un cubulet de unt pe fiecare felie de carne, apoi 4 catei de usturoi nedecojiti si crengute de rozmarin.

Servim friptura de vita alaturi de cartofi prajiti si sos de ciuperci.

Steak with Mushroom Sauce

Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper, add 2 crushed cloves of garlic and olive oil. Leave to marinate for a few hours in the refrigerator, then one hour before the thermal preparation, remove the meat and leave it at room temperature.

For the mushroom sauce, put olive oil and butter in a pan. When the butter is melted, add the mushrooms, sprinkle with salt and pepper and leave on medium heat for 10 – 15 minutes. Add the doublecream and thyme sprigs and leave on medium heat for 10 minutes, until a consistent sauce is obtained.

Heat a pan, add the meat and the oil mixture in which they were marinated. Fry on both sides and add butter to each slice of meat, then 4 cloves of unpeeled garlic and sprigs of rosemary.

Serve the steak with fried potatoes and mushroom sauce.
