INGREDIENTE (pentru 3 portii)

  • 9 aripioare de pui
  • 10 grame praf de copt
  • 1 lingurita paprika afumata dulce
  • 1/2 lingurita paprika afumata picanta
  • 1/4 lingurita piper alb
  • 1 lingurita pudra de usturoi
  • 1 lingurita sare
  • 50 grame unt
  • 5 catei de usturoi
  • 1 lingurita ulei de masline
  • 8 cartofi
  • 4 fire de patrunjel verde
  • 250 grame smantana
  • 1 ceapa verde
  • 1 lingurita suc de lamaie
  • Sare

Curatam cu atentie aripioarele si le sectionam pe jumatate. Le tamponam bine cu servetele absorbante pentru a elimina excesul de umiditate, apoi le condimentam generos cu sare, praf de copt, paprika dulce si iute, pudra de usturoi si piper. Le amestecam astfel incat sa fie bine acoperite cu condimente si le lasam sa se odihneasca la temperatura camerei timp de o ora.

Asezam aripioarele in aparatul Actifry si le stropim usor cu ulei de masline. Selectam programul destinat carnii de pui si le gatim timp de 20 de minute. Ulterior, le intoarcem si continuam gatirea pentru inca 20 de minute, pana cand capata o crusta rumena si crocanta. Daca nu aveti un Actifry, puteti dispune aripioarele pe o tava si le puteti coace in cuptor, la 180°C.

Intr-un ibric, topim untul si adaugam usturoiul zdrobit. Odata ce aripioarele sunt gata, le turnam sosul de unt aromatizat si le amestecam pentru a le invalui in arome.

INGREDIENTS (for 3 servings)

  • 9 chicken wings
  • 10 grams baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 50 grams butter
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 8 potatoes
  • 4 sprigs fresh parsley
  • 250 grams sour cream
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt

Carefully clean the chicken wings and cut them in half. Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture, then generously season with salt, baking powder, sweet and hot paprika, garlic powder, and white pepper. Mix well so they are evenly coated with the spices and let them rest at room temperature for an hour.

Place the wings in the Actifry and lightly drizzle with olive oil. Select the poultry setting and cook for 20 minutes. Then, flip the wings and continue cooking for another 20 minutes until they are golden and crispy. If you don’t have an Actifry, you can arrange the wings on a baking tray and bake them in the oven at 180°C (350°F).

In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add the crushed garlic. Once the wings are cooked, pour the flavored butter sauce over them and toss to coat.

For the sauce, combine the sour cream with finely chopped parsley, thinly sliced green onion, salt, and fresh lemon juice.
