Rasturnam aluatul pe masa presarata cu faina si impartim aluatul in 2 parti egale. Intindem fiecare bucata de aluat sub forma de dreptunghi si o rulam strans, sigiland bine capatul. Asezam baghetele obtinute intr-o tava si le mai lasam la dospit o ora. Dupa ce sunt dospite le crestam cu ajutorul unui cutit bine ascutit.
Pentru a obtine o coaja crocanta si un miez pufos este necesar sa coacem baghetele in abur. Asadar, incingem cuptorul la 200 grade Celsius. Asezam in cuptor un vas cu apa fierbinte.
