- 100 grame branza de capra / 100 grams cheese goat
- 3 linguri sos de tomate / 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 250 grame rosii cherry / 250 grams cherry tomatoes
- 3 linguri ulei de masline / 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Cimbru proaspat / Fresh thyme
- Sare / Salt
Pentru aceasta reteta avem nevoie de o tigaie care poate fi folosita la cuptor sau o tava mica de copt. Asadar, punem 2 linguri de ulei de masline, pasta de rosii, rosii cherry, sare si in mijloc branza de capra.
Presaram cimbru proaspat si stropim branza cu restul de ulei de masline.
Introducem in cuptorul incins la 180 grade Celsius pentru 30 de minute pana cand este frumos rumenita.
Servim branza coapta cu rosii cu paine prajita sau alaturi de oua ochiuri pentru un brunch sau un mic dejun de weekend.
