- 1 cartof dulce / 1 sweet potato
- 3 linguri crema de branza / 3 tablespoons cheese cream
- 1 ceapa rosie / 1 red onion
- 1 rosie / 1 tomato
- 1 avocado / 1 avocado
- Sare / Salt
- Fulgi de chilli / Chilli flakes

Spalam bine cartoful cu ajutorul unui burete. Din loc in loc, il intepam cu o furculita si il coacem la 180 grade Celsius timp de o ora. Il lasam sa se raceasca si il taiem in doua. Servim cartofii dulci copti cu un tartar de avocado si rosii si felii de lime.
