Este un preparat low carb, bogat in proteine si foarte satios, perfect pentru un pranz echilibrat sau o cina usoara. Inspirat din clasicul burger, acest bol combina snitel de pui crocant la cuptor, cartofi aurii, cheddar topit si legume proaspete, toate legate de un sos cremos care completeaza perfect preparatul. Secretul acestei retete sta in marinarea pieptului de pui. Iaurtul grecesc fragezeste carnea si o face extrem de suculenta, chiar daca nu este prajita in baie de ulei. In combinatie cu pesmetul crocant si cu cheddarul topit peste cartofii calzi, rezultatul este un preparat care pare indulgent, dar ramane surprinzator de echilibrat. Este genul de reteta care merge perfect atunci cand ai pofta de ceva tip fast-food, dar gatit acasa intr-o varianta mai sanatoasa.

INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)
- 600 grame piept de pui feliat
- 150 grame iaurt grecesc 2%
- 1/2 lingurita oregano
- 1/2 lingurita pudra de usturoi
- 1/2 lingurita piper alb
- 1/2 lingurita sare
- 1 ou
- 75 grame pesmet fin
- 75 grame pesmet panko
- 1/2 lingurita boia dulce
- 1 lingura ulei
Pentru servire:
- 8 cartofi
- 12 felii cheddar
- salata romana sau alt tip de salata verde
- rosii cherry

Secretul acestei retete consta in marinarea pieptului de pui pentru a obtine un snitel suculent, chiar daca nu este prajit in ulei.
Punem feliile de piept de pui intr-un bol incapator si le condimentam cu sare, piper, oregano si pudra de usturoi. Adaugam iaurtul grecesc si amestecam bine, apoi incorporam si oul. Acoperim bolul si lasam carnea la marinat la frigider pentru cateva ore, astfel incat aromele sa patrunda bine.
Intr-o farfurie larga amestecam pesmetul fin cu pesmetul panko si boiaua dulce. Trecem fiecare felie de pui marinata prin acest amestec si o asezam intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.

Stropim carnea cu foarte putin ulei de masline si introducem tava in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C pentru 20–25 de minute, pana cand snitelele devin aurii si crocante.
Pentru cartofi, ii curatam si ii taiem pai. Ii lasam in apa rece aproximativ 15 minute pentru a elimina excesul de amidon, apoi ii clatim, ii scurgem si ii stergem bine cu un prosop de bucatarie. Ii gatim la Airfryer sau Actifry, fara adaos de ulei, pana devin crocanti.
Cand toate ingredientele sunt gata, impartim cartofii in patru boluri sau farfurii termorezistente. Deasupra adaugam cate trei felii de cheddar si introducem pentru cateva minute la cuptor, pana cand branza se topeste frumos.

Taiem snitelele de pui in bucati si le asezam peste cartofii cu cheddar topit. Adaugam salata romana sau alt tip de salata verde si rosii cherry taiate in jumatati.
Pentru un plus de savoare putem adauga un sos de iaurt cu mustar, usturoi si ketchup pentru varianta dietetica sau un sos cremos pe baza de maioneza daca nu suntem la dieta.
Rezultatul este un Chicken Burger Bowl crocant, cremos si incredibil de satisfacator, perfect pentru momentele in care vrei ceva delicios, dar fara compromisuri.

Inspired by the classic burger, this bowl combines crispy oven-baked chicken schnitzel, golden potatoes, melted cheddar and fresh vegetables, all brought together by a creamy sauce that completes the dish perfectly. The secret of this recipe lies in marinating the chicken breast. Greek yogurt tenderizes the meat and keeps it extremely juicy, even though it is not fried in oil. Combined with the crispy breadcrumbs and the melted cheddar over the warm potatoes, the result is a dish that feels indulgent but remains surprisingly balanced. It is the kind of recipe that works perfectly when you crave something fast-food style, but cooked at home in a healthier version.

• 600 grams sliced chicken breast
• 150 grams Greek yogurt 2%
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 75 grams fine breadcrumbs
• 75 grams panko breadcrumbs
• 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
• 1 tablespoon oil
For serving:
• 8 potatoes
• 12 slices cheddar
• romaine lettuce or another type of green salad
• cherry tomatoes
The secret of this recipe is marinating the chicken breast to obtain a juicy schnitzel, even though it is not fried in oil.
Place the chicken breast slices in a large bowl and season them with salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder. Add the Greek yogurt and mix well, then incorporate the egg. Cover the bowl and leave the meat to marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours so the flavors can fully develop.
In a large plate mix the fine breadcrumbs with the panko breadcrumbs and the sweet paprika. Coat each marinated chicken slice in this mixture and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle the chicken with a little olive oil and place the tray in the preheated oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, until the schnitzels become golden and crispy.
For the potatoes, peel them and cut them into fries. Leave them in cold water for about 15 minutes to remove excess starch, then rinse them again, drain and dry them well with a kitchen towel. Cook them in an Airfryer or Actifry, without adding oil, until they become crispy.
When all the ingredients are ready, divide the potatoes into four bowls or oven-safe plates. Place three slices of cheddar on top and put them in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts nicely.
Cut the chicken schnitzels into pieces and place them over the potatoes with melted cheddar. Add romaine lettuce or another type of green salad and cherry tomatoes cut in halves.
For extra flavor you can add a yogurt sauce with mustard, garlic and ketchup for the diet version, or a creamy mayonnaise-based sauce if you are not on a diet.
The result is a crispy, creamy and incredibly satisfying Chicken Burger Bowl, perfect for those moments when you want something delicious without compromises.
