Pentru chilli lime prawns / For chilli lime prawns

  • 36 creveti / 36 prawns
  • 1/2 lime / 1/2 lime
  • 1 lingurita sos de soia / 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 3 catei de usturoi / 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lingurita fulgi de chilli / 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 2 linguri patrunjel verde / 2 tablespoons parsley
  • Sare /Salt

Pentru feta avocado salsa / For feta avocado salsa

  • 3 rosii / 3 tomatoes
  • 5 cepe rosii mici / 5 small red onions
  • 2 avocado / 2 avocado
  • 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 lime / 1/2 lime
  • 50 grame branza feta / 50 grams feta cheese
  • 3 linguri ulei de masline / 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sare / Salt
Chilli Lime Prawns & Feta Avocado Salsa

Intr-un bol amestecam crevetii cu sucul de la o jumatate de lime, coaja rasa de lime, ulei de masline, usturoiul strivit, sos de soia, sare, fulgi de chilli si patrunjel verde taiat fin. Lasam la marinat 10-15 minute. Trecem cate 6 creveti pe cate un bat de frigaruie si ii prajim pe grill cate 2 minute pe fiecare parte.

Intre timp pregatim salsa de avocado. Taiem legumele in cubulete, adaugam usturoiul strivit, sare, ulei de masline, sucul de la jumatatea de lime si branza feta. Amestecam usor si lasam putin la rece.

Servim crevetii cu salsa de avocado si un pahar de vin alb rece.

Chilli Lime Prawns & Feta Avocado Salsa

Chilli Lime Prawns & Feta Avocado Salsa is an explosive combination of surprising flavors. It’s a great idea whenever you need a quick dinner.

Subtle aromas of lime, slightly spicy shrimp accompanied by a perfect avocado salsa with feta cheese will delight any appetizer.

In a bowl, mix the shrimp with the juice from half a lime, grated lime peel, olive oil, crushed garlic, soy sauce, salt, chilli flakes and finely chopped green parsley. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes. Put 6 shrimp on each skewer and fry them on the grill for 2 minutes on each side.

Meanwhile, prepare the avocado sauce. Cut the vegetables into cubes, add the crushed garlic, salt, olive oil, the juice of half a lime and the feta cheese. Mix lightly and refrigerate for a few minutes.

Serve the shrimp with avocado sauce and a glass of cold white wine.
