INGREDIENTE (pentru 1 portie)

  • 250 grame ciuperci champinion
  • 30 grame unt
  • 100 grame cascaval
  • ½ lingurita boia de ardei iute KOK
  • 1 catel de usturoi
  • sare

Curatam bine ciupercile — taiem usor margine de la piciorus si le stergem cu un servetel. Nu le spalam niciodata cu apa, pentru ca ciupercile au capacitatea sa absoarba multa apa, iar reteta nu va mai iesi la fel de bine.

Luam o forma termorezistenta si punem o treime din unt pe fundul ei. Adaugam o parte din ciuperci, apoi inca o treime din unt si restul de ciuperci. Presaram cu sare si punem deasupra restul de unt. Introducem forma in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C pentru 30 de minute.

Scoatem forma din cuptor, adaugam catelul de usturoi zdrobit si amestecam bine, astfel incat ciupercile sa se imbrace in tot untul aromat de la fundul formei.

Punem deasupra cascavalul ras amestecat cu boia de ardei iute KOK. Daca nu va place foarte picant, puteti amesteca boia iute cu boia dulce sau puteti folosi doar boia dulce — reteta ramane la fel de gustoasa.

Reintroducem forma in cuptor cu functia de grill pornita, pentru aproximativ 5 minute, pana cand cascavalul se gratineaza frumos si capata o crusta aurie.

Servim imediat, cu multa pofta, cat branza inca se intinde perfect la fiecare furculita!

Baked Mushrooms in Spicy Butter Sauce

There are dishes that look simple on paper but, once cooked, become absolutely addictive — and these baked mushrooms in spicy butter sauce are exactly that kind. Tender button mushrooms, slowly cooked in fragrant butter, seasoned with hot paprika and covered with a generous layer of melted cheese that stretches perfectly with every forkful. It is that quick dish that looks like it came from a restaurant and disappears from the plate in a matter of minutes! The secret lies in a few simple but essential details — mushrooms are never washed with water, only wiped with a paper towel, because otherwise they absorb a lot of moisture and the recipe won’t turn out as well. The generous amount of butter makes them tender and juicy, while the KOK hot paprika gives them that extra character and flavour that turns a simple side dish into an appetiser with personality.

INGREDIENTS (for 1 serving)

  • 250 grams button mushrooms
  • 30 grams butter
  • 100 grams hard cheese
  • ½ teaspoon KOK hot paprika
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt

Clean the mushrooms well — trim the edges of the stems slightly and wipe them with a paper towel. Never wash them with water, because mushrooms have the ability to absorb a lot of water, and the recipe won’t turn out as well.

Take a heatproof dish and place a third of the butter on the bottom. Add some of the mushrooms, then another third of the butter and the rest of the mushrooms. Season with salt and place the remaining butter on top. Place the dish in the oven preheated to 180°C for 30 minutes.

Remove the dish from the oven, add the crushed garlic clove and mix well, so the mushrooms get coated in all the fragrant butter from the bottom of the dish.

Place the grated cheese mixed with the KOK hot paprika on top. If you don’t like it too spicy, you can mix the hot paprika with sweet paprika, or use only sweet paprika — the recipe stays just as delicious.

Place the dish back in the oven with the grill function on, for approximately 5 minutes, until the cheese is beautifully gratinated and develops a golden crust.

Serve immediately, with great appetite, while the cheese is still perfectly stretchy with every forkful!
