Salata cu ciuperci marinate

Astazi incercam o super salata cu ciuperci marinate, morcov si ardei, desavarsita cu usturoi si patrunjel verde. Daca esti fan ciuperci, aceasta reteta este pentru tine. Salata cu ciuperci este foarte usor de preparat, insa trebuie lasata la marinat cel putin o zi astfel incat toate gusturile sa se imprieteneasca. Perfecta pentru petreceri, picnicuri sau chiar pentru o zi de post, aceasta salata va fi pe placul tuturor.

Salata cu ciuperci marinate

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 6 portii / for 6 servings)

  • 500 grame ciuperci / 500 grams mushrooms
  • 1 morcov / 1 carrot
  • 1 ardei rosu / 1 red pepper
  • 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lingura patrunjel verde / 1 tablespoon green parsley
  • 1/4 lingurita fulgi de chilli / 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 lingurita zahar / 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 foaie de dafin / 1 bay leaf
  • 1 lingurita boabe de piper / 1 teaspoon peppercorns
  • 3 linguri otet de mere / 3 tablespoons apple vinegar
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sare / Salt

Curatam ciupercile si le taiem in sferturi, daca ciupercile sunt mai marisoare. Daca alegem ciuperci mici, putem sa le lasam intregi.

Intre timp, punem la fiert o oala cu 2 litri de apa cu 1 lingura sare, foaie de dafin si piperul boabe. Cand apa incepe sa fiarba adaugam ciupercile si le lasam la fiert 10 minute. Strecuram apoi ciupercile.

Intr-un bol amestecam zaharul cu otetul si putina sare. Adaugam ciupercile, morcovul taiat bastonase subtiri si ardeiul taiat cubulete mici.

Adaugam apoi usturoiul, fulgii de chilli, patrunjelul verde tocat si uleiul de masline. Amestecam bine si lasam la marinat la rece timp de 24 de ore.

Servim salata ca atare intr-o zi de post sau ca si garnitura pentru o friptura.

Salad with marinated mushrooms

Today we are trying a super salad with marinated mushrooms, carrot and pepper perfected with garlic and green parsley. If you are a fan of mushrooms, this recipe is for you. The mushroom salad is very easy to prepare, but it must be left to marinate for at least a day so that all the flavors become friends. Perfect for parties, picnics or even for a fasting day, this salad will please everyone.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into 4, if the mushrooms are bigger. If you choose small mushrooms, you can leave them whole.

Meanwhile, boil a pot with 2 liters of water with 1 tablespoon of salt, bay leaf and peppercorns. When the water starts to boil, add the mushrooms and let them boil for 10 minutes. Then strain the mushrooms.

In a bowl, mix the sugar with the vinegar and a little salt. Add the mushrooms, the carrot cut into thin sticks and the pepper cut into small cubes.

Then add the garlic, chili flakes, chopped green parsley and olive oil. Mix well and leave to marinate in the cold for 24 hours.

Serve the salad as a main dish for a veggie day or as a side dish for a steak.
