INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)
- 275 grame aluat foietaj / 275 grams pastry
- 200 grame branza Brie / 200 grams Brie cheese
- 100 grame gem de merisoare / 100 grams cranberry jam
- 50 grame nuca / 50 grams walnuts
- Rodie / Pomegranate
- Rozmarin / Rosemary
Taiem aluatul in patrate cu latura de 10 cm pe care le asezam intr-o forma de briose.
Taiem branza Brie in cubulete. Adaugam in fiecare briosa cate o bucatica de Brie, 1 lingurita de gem de merisoare si presaram deasupra nuci taiate marunt.
Introducem tava in cuptorul incins in prealabil la 200 de grade Celsius pentru 12 minute, pana cand sunt frumos rumenite.
Presaram rodie si decoram cu crengute mici de rozmarin si servim cu multa pofta.

Cranberry Brie Bites
Cranberry Brie Bites is one of the appetizers that will impress everyone at a festive table. So many textures, aromas and tastes in one bite. Crisp puff pastry, cranberry jam, melted brie, a perfect starter that will steal the shine of festive tables. I think that cranberry jam is the best choice, but you can give free rein to your imagination and use any kind of sweet or aromatic herbs.
Cut the dough into squares with a side of 10 cm and place it in a muffin form.
Cut the Brie cheese into cubes. Add a piece of Brie, 1 teaspoon of cranberry jam to each muffin and sprinkle finely chopped walnuts on top.
Place the tray in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes, until they are nicely browned.
Sprinkle with pomegranate and decorate with small sprigs of rosemary and serve with great appetite.
