- 75 grame somon proaspat / 75 grams fresh salmon
- 1/4 mango / 1/4 mango
- 1 lingurita susan / 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
- Sucul de la 1 lime / Juice from 1 lime
- 1 lingura sos de soia / 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 2 avocado / 2 avocado
- 4 linguri ulei de masline / 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Sare / Salt
Pentru tartar, alegem un somon proaspat de calitate. Indepartam pielea si il taiem in cubulete mici. Adaugam mango taiat cubulete mici, usturoiul strivit, sarea, susanul, sosul de soia, sucul de la 1/2 lime si 2 linguri de ulei de masline. Amestecam si lasam la rece timp de 30 de minute.
Intre timp, pregatim sosul de avocado. Punem avocado intr-un blender, adaugam sare, sucul de la 1/2 lime si 2 linguri de ulei de masline. Mixam pana cand obtinem o crema fina.
Intr-un bol de sticla sau un pahar aranjam un strat de crema de avocado si un strat de tartar de somon. Servim cu felii de paine prajita.

Salmon tartare with mango and avocado
Today we enjoy a salmon tartare with mango and avocado. A simple, quick, and tasty recipe. A combination of fresh flavors, different textures and sensational colors for an inspired appetizer.
For tartar, choose a quality fresh salmon. Remove the skin and cut it into small cubes. Add diced mango, crushed garlic, salt, sesame, soy sauce, 1/2 lime juice and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Stir and let cool for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the avocado sauce. Put avocado in a blender, add salt, juice of 1/2 lime and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix until you get a fine cream.
In a glass bowl or glass arrange a layer of avocado cream and a layer of salmon tartare. Serve with slices of toast.
