Acest bol cu crema de Cottage Cheese si rosii marinate este o reteta sanatoasa, bogata in proteine. Facut cu branza de vaci cremoasa si telemea de capra sau branza feta, ulei de masline, rosii marinate cu usturoi si ierburi proaspete, este plin de aroma! Serveste-l singur la micul dejun sau ca aperitiv cu lipii proaspete sau paine prajita.

Pentru crema de branza / For the cheese cream

  • 600 grame Cottage Cheese / 600 grams Cottage Cheese
  • 100 grame telemea de capra sau feta / 100 grams goat cheese or feta
  • 2 linguri ulei masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sare / Salt

Pentru rosiile marinate / For marinated tomatoes

  • 6 rosii / 6 tomatoes
  • 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 linguri busuioc proaspat / 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • 1/2 lingurita oregano uscat / 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Sare / Salt
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon olive oil
Crema de Cottage Cheese cu rosii marinate

Incepem prin a pregati rosiile marinate. Taiem tomatele in cubulete mici, adaugam usturoiul zdrobit, busuiocul tocat fin, sarea, oregano si uleiul de masline. Lasam la marinat timp de cateva minute.

In bolul unui blender adaugam branza cottage, telemeaua si uleiul de masline. Mixam pana obtinem o crema fina. Gustam si mai adaugam sare doar daca mai este necesar.

Whipped Cottage Cheese and Marinated Tomatoes


This bowl with Cottage Cheese cream and marinated tomatoes is a healthy recipe, rich in protein. Made with creamy cheese and goat’s cheese or feta cheese, olive oil, tomatoes marinated with garlic and fresh herbs, it’s full of flavor! Serve it on its own for breakfast or as an appetizer with fresh rolls or toast.

Start by preparing the marinated tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, add the crushed garlic, finely chopped basil, salt, oregano and olive oil. Leave to marinate for a few minutes.

In the bowl of a blender, add cottage cheese, goat cheese or feta and olive oil. Mix until you get a fine cream. Taste and add more salt only if necessary.
