INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:
(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)
- 2 plicuri porridge cu vanilie si migdale Sweeteria / 1 vanilla and almond porridge
- 100 ml apa calda / 100 ml warm water
- 200 ml lapte migdale (de preferat pregatit acasa) / 200 ml almond milk (homemade preferable)
- 25 grame seminte chia / 25 grams chia seeds
- 1 lingura Dulcisor Sweeteria / 1 tablespoon Dulcisor
- 1 mango / 1 mango
Pentru budinca de chia amestecam laptele de migdale cu semintele de chia si Dulcisorul. Lasam cateva ore la frigider.
Reteta de lapte de migdale o regasiti si in budinca de chia.
Pentru porridge amestecam plicurile cu apa calda. Punem porridge-ul in 2 pahare si lasam sa se raceasca.
Peste porridge adaugam mango pasat, apoi budinca de chia si decoram cu cateva cubulete de mango.

For the chia pudding, mix the almond milk with the chia seeds and the Sweetener. Leave it in the fridge for a few hours.

For the porridge, mix the sachet with warm water. Put the porridge in 2 glasses and let it cool.
Over the porridge add mashed mango, then chia pudding and decorate with a few cubes of mango.
