INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)
- 6 oua
- 80 grame branza Cheddar
- 2 linguri smantana dulce
- 2 cepe verzi
- 100 grame baby spanac
- 6 felii bacon
- 1 lingura ulei de masline
- 1/2 lingurita oregano
- Piper
- Sare

INGREDIENTS (4 servings)
- 6 eggs
- 80 grams Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 spring onions
- 100 g baby spinach
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
In a blender, combine the eggs, cream, finely sliced spring onions, oregano, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Gently fold in 60 grams of grated Cheddar using a spatula.
Heat an oven-safe frying pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Cook the bacon until crispy, stirring occasionally. Add the spinach and sauté for about 1 minute, just until wilted.
Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and spinach. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat without stirring, until the eggs begin to set.
Sprinkle the remaining Cheddar on top and transfer the pan to a preheated oven at 180°C. Bake for around 15 minutes, until the eggs are fully set and the top is golden and slightly crispy.
