Omleta grecesca este o reteta pentru un mic dejun ce ne duce cu gandul la vacanta de vara. O omleta cu legume proaspete, desavarsita cu branza feta si masline. O omleta ce ne aminteste de salata greceasca autentica servita la o taverna pe malul marii.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)

  • 6 oua mari / 6 large eggs
  • 1 ceapa / 1 onion
  • 1 rosie / 1 tomato
  • 1/4 ardei / 1/4 pepper
  • 75 grame branza feta / 75 grams feta cheese
  • Masline / Olives
  • 3 linguri ulei de masline / 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Oregano / Oregano
Omleta greceasca

Intr-o tigaie incingem uleiul de masline si adaugam rondele de ceapa si felii de ardei. Lasam sa se prajeasca usor timp de 2-3 minute. Presaram jumatate din cantitatea de branza si adaugam maslinele. Mai lasam 2 minute la foc mic si turnam deasupra ouale batute si feliile de rosii. Prajim omleta la foc mic. Presaram deasupra oregano si restul de branza si servim cu mix de salata verde.

Greek omelette

The Greek omelette is a recipe for a breakfast with summer holiday vibe. An omelette with fresh vegetables, topped with feta cheese and olives. An omelette that reminds us of authentic Greek salad served at a tavern by the sea.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the sliced onion and pepper. Let it fry lightly for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle half the amount of cheese and add the olives. Let it simmer for another 2 minutes and pour the beaten eggs and the tomato slices on top. Fry the omelette over low heat. Sprinkle oregano and the rest of the cheese on top and serve with lettuce mix.
