INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)
- 8 oua
- 100 grame prosciutto
- 50 grame parmezan Delaco
- 25 grame unt
- sare
- 1 lingura de ceapa verde tocata marunt
- 4 felii de paine
- 2 linguri de ulei de masline
Incingem o tigaie si o ungem cu ulei de masline. Prajim feliile de paine pe ambele parti pana devin aurii. Scoatem painea pe o farfurie si incepem sa prajim feliile de prosciutto pe ambele parti pana devin crocante. Taiem feliile de prosciutto in fasii.
Spargem ouale intr-un bol, adaugam sare si le batem cu ajutorul unei furculite. Incingem o tigaie si adaugam untul. Cand acesta este topit adaugam ouale si gatim la foc mediu spre mic, amestecand constant. Cand ouale sunt inchegate dar inca cremoase adaugam parmezanul ras.
Pentru servire, impartim ouale cu parmezan in mod egal pe cele 4 felii de paine si decoram cu chipsuri de prosciutto si ceapa verde.
Servim cu multa pofta alaturi de salata de rosii cu ceapa verde pentru un brunch de senzatie.

If you want to impress your friends or family with an elegant and delicious brunch, this recipe is the perfect choice. Scrambled eggs with parmesan and prosciutto crudo chips is a perfect combination of creamy eggs, parmesan and prosciutto that intertwine in a dance of flavors that will transport you to a memorable culinary experience
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)
- 8 eggs
- 100 grams of prosciutto
- 50 grams of Delaco parmesan
- 25 grams of butter
- salt
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped green onion
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Heat a pan and grease it with olive oil. Fry the bread slices on both sides until they become golden. Remove the bread on a plate and start frying the slices of prosciutto on both sides until they become crispy. Cut the slices of prosciutto into strips.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and beat them with a fork. Heat a pan and add the butter. When it is melted, add the eggs and cook on medium to low heat, stirring constantly. When the eggs are congealed but still creamy, add the grated parmesan.
