Lasagna este una dintre mancarurile preferate ale copiilor. Dar recunosc ca nu o pregatesc prea des, deoarece combinatia de paste si sos bechamel pe baza de unt si faina, mi se pare destul de complicata. Astazi incercam o varianta mai lejera, dar extrem de asemanatoare cu varianta originala.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)
- 600 grame carne de porc sau de curcan / 600 grams pork or turkey meat
- 2 cepe albe / 2 onions
- 5 catei de usturoi / 5 garlic cloves
- 2 lingurite oregano / 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 foi dafin / 2 bay leaves
- 1 lingurita cimbru / 1 teaspoon thyme
- 3 linguri pasta de rosii / 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 250 grame foi lasagna proaspete / 250 grams fresh lasagna pasta
- 200 grame ricotta / 200 grams ricotta
- 200 ml smantana dulce / 200 ml heavy cream
- 200 grame mozzarella / 200 grams mozzarella
- 4 linguri ulei de masline / 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Sare / Salt
- Piper / Pepper
Eu am ales sa pregatesc sosul de carne cu ajutorul Tefal One Pot. Taiem ceapa si usturoiul marunt si le calim in 2 linguri de ulei de masline, timp de 1 minut (functia “Brown”). Adaugam carnea tocata, sarea, piperul, cimbrul, foile de dafin si oregano. Calim 3-4 minute, adaugam 50 ml apa si pasta de tomate, punem capacul si gatim sub presiune timp de 15 minute.
Intre timp, pregatim sosul alb. Amestecam ricotta cu smantana dulce, sare si oregano.
Ungem doua forme cu ulei de masline si adaugam in straturi alternative: sos alb, foaie de lasagna, sos de carne, sos alb, mozzarella. Introducem formele in cuptorul incins la 180 grade Celsius pentru 20 de minute pana cand sunt frumos rumenite.
Servim lasagna presarata cu parmezan si cu multa pofta.

Lasagna
Lasagna is one of the favorite children’s foods. But I admit that I don’t prepare it too often, because the combination of pasta and bechamel sauce based on butter and flour, seems quite complicated to me. Today we are trying a lighter version, but extremely similar to the original version.
I chose to prepare the meat sauce with the help of Tefal One Pot. Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces and fry them in 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 1 minute („Brown” function). Add minced meat, salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaves and oregano. Heat for 3-4 minutes, add 50 ml of water and tomato sauce, put the lid on and cook under pressure for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the white sauce. Mix the ricotta with the heavy cream, salt and oregano.
Grease two forms with olive oil and add in alternating layers: white sauce, lasagna sheet, meat sauce, white sauce, mozzarella. Put the shapes in the oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until they are nicely browned.
Serve the lasagna sprinkled with parmesan and a lot of appetite.
