Inchideti ochii si imaginati-va un vas de copt care clocoteste cu gnocchi al forno! Gnocchi de cartofi umpluti cu branza, sos de rosii dulce si busuioc parfumat, amestec de ricotta si mozzarella topita, acoperite cu o crusta crocanta de Parmigiano-Reggiano. Daca sunteti fani ai preparatelor italiene la cuptor, aceasta reteta va fi cu siguranta pe placul vostru.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 6 portii / for 6 servings)
- 1 kg gnocchi proaspeti umpluti cu branza / 1 kg fresh cheese gbocchi
- 250 grame ricotta / 250 grams ricotta
- 200 grame mozzarella / 200 grams mozzarella
- 30 grame parmezan / 30 grams parmesan
- 5 catei de usturoi / 5 garlic cloves
- 250 grame pasta de rosii / 250 grams tomato sauce
- 3 linguri ulei de masline / 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 10 frunze de busuioc / 10 basil leaves
- Sare / Salt
- Piper / Pepper
Intr-o tigaie incingem uleiul de masline si adaugam usturoiul zdrobit cu lama unui cutit. Adaugam pasta de tomate, sare, piper si jumatate din cantitatea de busuioc taiata marunt. Gatim timp de 4-5 minute.
Intre timp, fierbem gnocchi timp de 2 minute si ii scurgem. Punem jumatate din sosul de rosii cu usturoi si busuioc intr-o forma termorezistenta si adaugam gnocchi. Acoperim pastele cu ricotta si mozzarella, restul de sos de rosii si presaram parmezan. Coacem pastele in cuptorul incins la 180 grade Celsius, timp de 30 de minute pana cand sunt frumos rumenite.
Presaram busuioc proaspat si extra parmezan si servim cu multa pofta.

Gnocchi al forno
Close your eyes and imagine a baking dish boiling with gnocchi al forno! Potato gnocchi stuffed with cheese, sweet tomato sauce and fragrant basil, a mixture of ricotta and melted mozzarella, topped with a crispy Parmigiano-Reggiano crust. If you are a fan of Italian baked pasta, this recipe is sure to please you.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the crushed garlic with a knife blade. Add the tomato sauce and half the amount of finely chopped basil. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil gnocchi for 2 minutes and drain. Put half of the tomato sauce in a heat-resistant form and add gnocchi. Cover the pasta with ricotta and mozzarella, the rest of the tomato sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake the pasta in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes until it is nicely browned.
Sprinkle with fresh basil and extra Parmesan cheese and serve it hot..
