Pentru mini tacos / For mini tacos

  • 600 grame antricot de vita / 600 grame rib eye
  • 1 lingurita oregano uscat / 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 linguri sos de soia / 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Sucul de la 1 lime / Juice from 1 lime
  • 4 linguri ulei de masline / 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 catei de usturoi / 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 lingurita boia dulce / 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 lingurita fulgi de chilli / 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 lingurita chimen / 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 8 mini tortillas / 8 mini tortillas
  • 1 ceapa rosie / 1 red onion
  • 2 linguri patrunjel verde / 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 lime / 1 lime
  • Sare / Salt

Pentru salata de porumb / For corn salad

  • 200 grame porumb din conserva / 200 grams canned corn
  • 1/2 ardei rosu / 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 ceapa rosie / 1/2 red onion
  • 1 lingura patrunjel / 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1/2 lime / 1/2 lime
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sare / Salt

Pentru guacamole / For guacamole

  • 1 avocado / 1 avocado
  • 1/2 ceapa rosie / 1/2 red onion
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 lime / 1/2 lime
  • Sare / Salt

Intr-un bol amestecam carnea taiata cubulete mici cu 1 lingurita de sare, oregano, sucul de lime, usturoiul zdrobit, chimen, boia, chilli, 2 linguri de ulei de masline si sosul de soia. Lasam carnea la marinat timp de 1-2 ore. Incingem intr-o tigaie, 2 linguri ulei de masline si adaugam carnea. Prajim carnea timp de 5-6 minute pana cand se evapora tot lichidul si carnea se rumeneste usor.

Incalzim lipiile si le umplem cu carne. Presaram ceapa rosie taiata in cubulete mici si patrunjelul taiat fin.

Intre timp, vom pregati garniturile. Pentru salata de porumb, vom amesteca intr-un bol porumbul, ardeiul rosu si ceapa taiate cubulete mici, patrunjelul verde, sarea, sucul de lime si uleiul de masline. Pentru guacamole, taiem avocado in doua, indepartam samburele si scoatem fructul cu ajutorul unei linguri. Punem intr-un bol avocado, ceapa taiata marunt, usturoiul zdrobit, sucul de lime, sarea si uleiul de masline. Presam tot amestecul cu o furculita si amestecam.

Servim mini tacos cu suc de lime, guacamole, salata de porumb, nachos si sos salsa.

Mexican Street Tacos

Mexican Street Tacos is the easiest, fastest and most authentic street food recipe you can make at home. Finely asada veal with onions, green parsley and fresh lime juice. SO GOOD!

In a bowl, mix the diced meat with 1 teaspoon of salt, oregano, lime juice, crushed garlic, cumin, paprika, chilli, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and soy sauce. Let the meat marinate for 1-2 hours. Heat 2 tablespoons olives oil in a pan and add the meat. Fry the meat for 5-6 minutes until all the liquid has evaporated and the meat is lightly browned.

Heat the tortillas and fill them with meat. Sprinkle red onions cut into small cubes and finely chopped parsley.

Meanwhile, prepare the garnishes. For the corn salad, mix in a bowl the corn, the red pepper and the onion, cut into small cubes, the parsley, the salt, the lime juice and the olive oil. For the guacamole, cut the avocado in half and remove the fruit with a spoon. Put in a bowl the avocado, finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, lime juice, salt and olive oil. Press the whole mixture with a fork and mix.

Serve mini tacos with lime juice, guacamole, corn salad, nachos and salsa sauce.
