Oua romanesti 2.0 este o noua reteta inspirata din gastronomia romaneasca. Micul dejun cu oua poate sa capete multe forme. Pe principiul cate case, atatea obiceiuri, astazi incercam un mic dejun complex avand la baza legume si proteine in diverse forme.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:

(pentru 1 portie / for 1 serving)

  • 2 oua / 2 eggs
  • 50 grame bacon / 50 grams bacon
  • 50 grame carnat afumat / 50 grams smoked sausages
  • 5 ciuperci / 5 mushrooms
  • 1 cartof / 1 potato
  • 30 grame cascaval / 30 grams cheese
  • 5 rosii cherry / 5 cherry tomatoes
  • Ulei de masline / Olive oil
  • Sare / Salt
  • Fulgi de chilli / Chilli flakes

Intr-o tigaie incingem 2 linguri de ulei de masline si prajim pe rand baconul taiat fasii subtiri, carnatul feliat si ciupercile taiate in sferturi. Separat prajim cartoful taiat cubulete. Eu am ales sa il pregatesc in Tefal Actifry fara adaos de ulei.

Amestecam toate ingredientele de mai sus si asezam jumatate din ele intr-o forma rezistenta la caldura. Presaram cascaval ras, adaugam rosii cherry taiate in jumatati, continuam cu restul de amestec de carne, ciuperci si cartofi si incheiem cu rosii si branza. Dam la cuptorul incins la 180 grade Celsius, functia ventilatie timp de 10 minute.

Intre timp pregatim ouale ochiuri. Aranjam ochiurile deasupra gratinului de carne, legume si branzeturi. Presaram fulgi de chilli si servim fierbinte cu paine prajita.

Tips: multiplicati reteta in functie de cati invitati aveti la masa.

Romanian breakfast 2.0

Romanian Eggs 2.0 is a new recipe inspired by Romanian gastronomy. Breakfast with eggs can take many forms. On the principle of how many houses have so many habits, today we try a complex breakfast based on vegetables and proteins in various forms.

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the bacon cut into thin strips, the sliced sausage and the mushrooms cut into quarters. Separately fry the diced potato into cubes. I chose to prepare it in Tefal Actifry without the addition of oil.

Mix all the above ingredients and place half of them in a heat-resistant form. Sprinkle with grated cheese, add cherry tomatoes cut in half, continue with the rest of the mixture of meat, mushrooms and potatoes and finish with tomatoes and cheese. Put in the oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius, ventilation function for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the fried eggs. Arrange the eggs on top of the meat, vegetable and cheese gratin. Sprinkle with chilli flakes and serve hot with toast.
