Combinatia de oua, bacon crocant, parmezan si mascarpone va incanta papilele gustative ale invitatilor tai si va transforma acest preparat intr-o vedeta a mesei festive. Cu ingrediente simple, dar alese cu grija, reteta de oua umplute Carbonara este usor de pregatit si garantat delicioase. INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)

  • 6 oua
  • 100 grame bacon
  • 6 linguri parmezan ras
  • 100 grame mascarpone
  • 2 lingurite mustar
  • 1 lingurita otet
  • Patrunjel verde pentru decor
  • Sare
  • Piper

Fierbem ouale tari timp de 10 minute, dupa care le transferam in apa rece si le curatam.

Intre timp, taiem baconul in cubulete foarte mici si il prajim intr-o tigaie pana devine frumos rumenit. Il transferam intr-o strecuratoare pentru a elimina excesul de grasime.

Pregatim chipsurile de parmezan. Asezam o foaie de copt intr-o tava si formam patru discuri din cate o lingura de parmezan. Introducem tava in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C si coacem pana cand discurile capata o nuanta aurie si o textura crocanta. Lasam sa se raceasca, apoi le rupem in bucati mai mici.

Taiem ouale in jumatati, indepartam galbenusurile si presaram albusurile cu un praf de sare. Intr-un blender, mixam galbenusurile impreuna cu mascarpone, mustar si sare, pana obtinem o crema fina. Adaugam otetul, trei sferturi din baconul prajit si doua linguri de parmezan, amestecand bine compozitia. Cu ajutorul unui pos, umplem albusurile cu aceasta crema.

La final, decoram ouale umplute cu restul de bacon crocant, chipsuri de parmezan si patrunjel verde, tocat fin. Servim cu pofta!

Carbonare Deviled Eggs

When it comes to holiday meals, deviled eggs are always a classic and appreciated choice. To add a touch of elegance and flavor, we suggest a reinterpretation inspired by the famous Italian Carbonara recipe. The combination of eggs, crispy bacon, Parmesan, and mascarpone will delight your guests’ taste buds and transform this dish into the star of your festive table. With simple yet carefully selected ingredients, Carbonara-style deviled eggs are easy to prepare and guaranteed to be delicious. Whether you serve them as an appetizer or part of a sophisticated buffet, these eggs will bring a touch of refinement and joy to every festive meal. Here’s how you can prepare them step by step!

INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)

  • 6 eggs
  • 100 grams bacon
  • 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • 100 grams mascarpone
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then transfer them to cold water and peel them.

Meanwhile, cut the bacon into very small cubes and fry it in a skillet until golden and crispy. Transfer the bacon to a strainer to remove excess fat.

Prepare the Parmesan chips. Place a sheet of baking paper on a tray and form four discs, each using one tablespoon of grated Parmesan. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake until the discs turn golden and crispy. Let them cool, then break them into smaller pieces.

Cut the eggs in half, remove the yolks, and sprinkle the whites with a pinch of salt. Blend the yolks with mascarpone, mustard, and salt until smooth. Add vinegar, three-quarters of the crispy bacon, and two tablespoons of Parmesan, mixing well. Use a piping bag to fill the egg whites with this creamy mixture.

Finally, garnish the deviled eggs with the remaining crispy bacon, Parmesan chips, and finely chopped fresh parsley. Serve with delight!
