Iata cea mai buna reteta de Pita Naan! Daca iti place painea moale si pufoasa atunci aceasta reteta super usoara este chiar pentru tine! Si daca va intrebati daca merita sa faceti paine acasa, raspunsul este extrem de simplu. Nimic nu se compara cu mirosul unor painici parfumate, calde, aurii, proaspete pregatite acasa.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)

  • 500 grame faina / 500 grams flour
  • 1 lingurita sare / 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 linguri ulei de masline / 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 150 grame iaurt / 150 grams yogurt
  • 200 ml apa calda / 200 ml warm water
  • 20 grame drojdie proaspata / 20 grams fresh yeast

Cernem faina intr-un bol. Facem o adancitura in mijloc si adaugam iaurtul, uleiul de masline, sarea, drojdia si apa calduta. Mixam bine pana obtinem un aluat compact, nelipicios. Mutam aluatul intr-un bol uns cu foarte putin ulei de masline, il acoperim si lasam la dospit timp de o ora.

La expirarea timpului, rasturnam aluatul pe un blat infainat si il portionam in 8 bucati egale. Modelam aluatul sub forma de sfere pe care le acoperim cu un prosop curat sau o folie alimentara si le mai lasam la dospit 15 minute.

Incingem o tigaie foarte bine. Luam fiecare bila si o intindem sub forma de oval cu grosime de 3 mm. Se aseaza fiecare painica in tigaia incinsa si se coace pe foc mediu pana ce pe suprafata apar basici mari. Se intoarce cu grija si se mai coace 1-2 minute pana cand este fumos rumenita. Se unge fiecare painica cu unt topit. Suprapunem painicile una peste alta pana cand sunt coapte toate.

Servim painicile cu multa pofta alaturi de mancarurile preferate si evident un pahar de Sonet rose de la Crama Stramutata, un cupaj de o culoare intensa de cirese roz, balantat intre Syrahul cu un buchet bogat in arome de piper si fructe si Merlotul cu note delicate de coacaze si mure. Intens, floral, condimentat, cu un final prelungit, Sonetul 2021 este un vin ce poate consuma tot timpul anului, temperatura recomandata de servire fiind de 10-12 grade Celsius.

Pour the flour into a bowl. Add in the middle yogurt, olive oil, salt, yeast and warm water. Mix well until get a compact, non-sticky dough. Move the dough into a bowl greased with a small quantity of olive oil, cover it and leave it to rise for an hour.

When the time is up, turn the dough onto a floured surface and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Shape the dough into spheres that cover with a clean towel or food foil and let them rise for another 15 minutes.

Heat a pan very well. Take each ball and roll it into an oval with a thickness of 3 mm. Place each loaf in the hot pan and bake on medium heat until large bubbles appear on the surface. Turn carefully and bake for another 1-2 minutes until it is smoky brown. Spread each bread with melted butter. Overlap the loaves one on top of the other until they are all baked.

Serve the breads with great appetite alongside your favorite foods and obviously a glass of Sonet rose from Crama Stramutata, a blend of an intense color of pink cherries, balanced between Syrah with a rich bouquet of pepper and fruit aromas and Merlot with delicate notes of currants and blackberries. Intense, floral, spicy, with a prolonged finish, Sonnet 2021 is a wine that can be consumed all year round, the recommended serving temperature being 10-12 degrees Celsius.
