Ai vreodată chef sa iei pranzul sau cina cu paine prajita? Sau de ce nu si micul dejun? Asa ca haideti sa incercam aceasta paine prajita cu avocado si rosii uscate pentru a avea o alternativa la gustul clasic al painii prajite. Daca nu va plac rosiile uscate, le puteti inlocui cu ciuperci sau legume la gratar. Daca esti un fan al painii prajite, este obligatoriu sa incerci aceasta reteta.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)

  • 2 avocado / 2 avocados
  • 100 grame branza capra / 100 grams goat cheese
  • 100 grame rosii uscate in ulei de masline / 100 grams dried tomato in olive oil
  • 8 felii de paine integrala / 8 slices wholemeal bread
  • 8 felii prosciutto crudo / 8 slices prosciutto crudo
  • Sucul de la 1/2 lime / Juice from 1/2 lime
  • Sare / Salt
  • 3 linguri ulei de masline / 3 tablespoons olive oil
Pomodorri secchi toast

Intr-un bol punem avocado, sarea, 2 linguri ulei de masline si sucul de lime. Strivim cu ajutorul unei furculite, apoi adaugam branza de capra si amestecam pana obtinem o crema fina omogena.

Intre timp prajim feliile de paine intr-o tigaie unsa cu o lingura de ulei de masline, pana cand sunt frumos rumenite.

Adaugam pe fiecare felie de paine crocanta, pasta de avocado, rosiile uscate si cate o felie de prosciutto crudo.

Presaram cu fulgi de chilli si servim cu pofta.

Pomodorri Secchi Toast

Do you ever feel like having toast for lunch or dinner? Or why not breakfast? So let’s try this toast bread with avocado and dried tomatoes to have an alternative to the classic taste of toast bread. If you don’t like dried tomatoes, you can replace them with mushrooms or grilled vegetables. If you are a fan of toastbread, you must try this recipe.

Put avocado, salt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and lime juice in a bowl. Mash with a fork, then add the goat cheese and mix until you get a smooth, homogeneous cream.

In the meantime, fry the slices of bread in a pan greased with a spoonful of olive oil, until they are nicely browned.

Add avocado paste, dried tomatoes and a slice of prosciutto crudo to each slice of crispy bread.

Sprinkle with chili flakes and serve with great appetite.
